The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.

Two good friends stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend for the archery event at Pico mountain. The location is amazing, right at the base of the mountain next to the main chalet. Kitchen amenities were better stocked than most rental places, lots of knives, cutting boards, and other cooking equipment. Unit was clean and comfortably furnished. Host was good with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels & warm comforters. Kitchen was extremely well-equipped. The bed is very high, so a little challenging for shorter folks. Wished for a small desk or table with straight chair for computer work. Super easy access to skiing. We had a great time.

We spent the MLK weekend at Sean's apartment. After several years of not skiing my husband, my son and I decided to go skiing again. And we were not disappointed! First, the location of this apartment couldn't have been any better, right next to the chair lifts and ticket counters. We signed up our little guy for one full day of ski school and not only did Sean ease my fears of having him there, lol but also he could tell me where they meet and where the hill was that was dedicated for the kids ski school. The apartment was just beautiful, newly renovated and extremely clean. We had a great view and it was super cozy. All the essentials were there, cooking supplies including pots and pans and plates. A nice big fridge was there, waiting to be filled up. I can't say enough of this place, the ski school and the snow. There is a place in the apartment to leave boots and skis, which helps a lot to keep things warm. Our stay was fabulous. Sean was very responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. All in all, I can highly recommend this place. We can't wait to get back.

We had a great time staying at Pico. Sean’s condo was super clean and well appointed. Communication was easy and the location can’t be beat! We had just enough room for our family of 4. We also loved that it was a quiet and low key environment!

We lucked out with some fresh powder this weekend! We really enjoyed skiing at Pico and had some fun at Killington too (despite so many lifts and trails being closed). We hope to come back soon. Thank you!!
