Stayed Jul 26, 2023The location is fantastic. The property is very dated. There is also no a/c, so you hope it is a cool night so that you can open the sliding doors. Check in and check out are off site. Give yourself extra time.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Picked the unit for location as we had previous stayed across the street at Valdoro. Easy walk to Main St. The picture didn't quite reflect the interior as there were no bar stools but an additional recliner. The furnishings could use an update as they are a bit worn. Moving luggage to the unit is especially cumbersome as the luggage racks can't be taken to the parking lot. Must unload and then walk up 6-7 steps to get to the landing where the racks were positioned. Trying to get the washer/dryer to function through the app was a failure. Finally gave up and found a laundromat in town. Got to be a better way. Having a floor box fan would useful. Having been to Breckenridge many times I was prepared and had brought my own. The free bus route right out front was a plus. Didn't use the garage but having to get out of your car to enter the code is annoying.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will use VRBO again.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025Liked the stay. Unit was very clean, new kitchen appliances, extremely well stocked. Thank you for having salt and pepper! One con: the bedroom bed was advertised as queen size, in reality its a full size bed.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025Stay was only two nights but the location was extremely convenient with 9- and 5-year-olds. 10 min walk to the Beaver Run ski school or 5 min walk to the Village Ski School/Quicksilver Chair (ski in/out, less easy on a board), or 10 min walk to main street. The hot tub in this property is small, particularly while renovating the indoor section. Short walk across the street to the main pool with three hot tubs. Parking garage is great! Would be nice if there was an elevator all the way down but not a dealbreaker.Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jan 12, 2024The property was fantastic - ski-in / ski-out at Peak 9 with walking access to the village. I also can't say enough about the staff at Ski Country Resorts. They guided me through the check in and check out process and made it seamless. We arrived after hours and had to depart early in the morning, but despite that, the process couldn't have been easier. Great stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 2023Loved the feel of the resort and we especially loved the proximity to the chair lift as well as the town of Breckenridge. Check in was super easy and the garage parking was very helpful. As an added bonus, the hot tub was rejuvenating after a long day on the mountain. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 6, 2023The condo is very nice, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is truly ski/ski out with a short lift ride to all Breck has to offer. A 5 or 10 minute walk to most anywhere you want to visit downtown. After a day on the runs, the hot tub is perfect!!! A truly wonderful experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location. About a two block walk and you are in downtown Breck for great shopping. The kitchen is well stocked with basic needs. This unit does have a few issues: one burner on the stove doesn't work (we weren't told that prior to arrival), the pull out mattress is stained and you can feel the springs when laying on it, the sheets for the bed in the bedroom had holes in them, the bottom drawer in the dresser in the bedroom falls out. The unit overall is in need of a few upgrades.
