Recently updated oceanfront unit, wonderful views + Free Attraction Tickets!

The location on the beach was wonderful. Great views and just a short walk to the water. The unit itself was disappointing. It is advertised as recently updated however we were hard pressed to find anything that was updated. The unit is also in desperate need of a deep clean (dirty fingerprints on doors and windows, cobwebs in unit, dust and grime on baseboards, stains on carpet, warped and buckling lament floors, rust and grime in showers and bathrooms etc.). There was leftover food in kitchen as well as a partial bottle of pills in a bathroom from previous guests. One of the bedrooms has fairly large pieces of broken glass (maybe from a window pain) behind one of the beds which could have caused injury to small children. Offsite parking is just across the street so no problems if you can’t get a spot right under the building. Maintenance people we saw seemed very friendly. The building was quiet and other tenants we saw we nice and friendly. Great location for families.

Outstanding beach view!!

Clean and comfortable. Just right for 4 seniors--my husband, me, my brother and a cousin. The 3 br/3 bath was ideal. The oceanfront was enjoyed by everyone. 3 of us grew up in SC and loved to swim then but not now. Now we enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean. Unit was close to favorite seafood restaurants and other attractions.

Very nice condo - it is maintained well, and was a great place to spend time. Balcony was large, and enjoyable. Great location with convenient access to the beach. We did return to the unit one day to unexpectedly find maintenance staff in the condo - they were polite and left immediately upon request. We did also receive a follow-up apology from the property management company.

Its all about the view, which is fantastic!! Great location, very quiet & well appointed kitchen. Pool was clean, not over chlorinated. Great selection of games available in a cabinet. Only complaint was the patio sliding door, it is VERY hard to open & close. Will definitely consider staying here again!!!

Location and view were amazing. Place was very pretty and well maintained. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and gave plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is in a convenient location to all the shops and restaurants AND it is a smaller condo so the beach was not quite as crowded (even though it was during the busy summer season). It was super quiet and just what we were looking for. We had 5 adults / 1 child with enough space for everyone and having 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus. The only tiny issue we had was that you had to pick up/return the keys to the property management office. It wasn't far from the condo address but having the options for keypads is just a bit more convenient. Nothing that would keep us away from this place though, I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, clean and fresh.We enjoyed our beach time but could have used some balcony time in the evening.The sliding door wasn’t operable. Everything was like we remembered from our Troxell vacations years ago.. it was nice to be back.

Overall this was a nice property and a good stay, but our experience was just OK due to several minor concerns that added up.The positives:- Condo looked like the pictures and was as advertised- Generally clean- Easy access to clean and uncrowded beach- Easy access to umbrella/chair rentals- Great view of the ocean from the balcony- Easy to pick up keys and check inHowever....- The main parking under the building was undergoing maintenance, so we had to park across the street in a different garage. Not super inconvenient, but a little stressful because our car with the roof rack could only fit on the ground floor, so we had to hope there was an open space.- The elevators smelled a little funky- The building ran the alarm one day throughout the day- The main door to the condo works, but needs a paint refresh- The condo didn't come with basic needs: hand soap for bathrooms/kitchen; dishwasher soap; extra toilet paper, extra paper towels- The bath towels were thin and cheap- The dining table chair seats had spots on them- The door to the balcony had a broken handle/latch - they repaired it quickly, but the door itself was really hard to open- The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had a faulty chain for adjusting the speed, so it only ran at low speed, making it kind of hot at night. We called for 3 straight days before someone came to fix it.- The mattresses were fairly uncomfortable - too bouncy and kind of thin- The bed comforter was also thin

We had a great time at the beach with our granddaughters!

We rented this condo with our family over Thanksgiving break. It has a stunning ocean view & comfortably accomodated all of us! The lighting, open spacing & beach decor really gave us that beachy vacation vibe we needed! We look forward to renting again to reunite family in the future in this cozy beach condo!

Everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed the lovely views! The teens enjoyed the pool and the location was great. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and each bedroom had its own bathroom.
