Stayed Aug 10, 2024The unit was nicely renovated. It had everything we needed while we were there. The dish washer is SUPER quiet, disappointing thing is now I want to replace my own. Access to a pool when the beach seemed too much was great. There was routine pest control happening while we were there which did not interfere with our stay, just added the opportunity for a stranger to enter while we were out (or in). We were made aware of this prior so it was not a surprise. We did have an electrical breaker trip that controlled the bathrooms. The property manager did respond immediately and we were able to resolve the issue with little effort. It was noisy for those sleeping in front bedroom of the unit due to other vacationers in the building, no fault to the unit really. The location is maybe 10 minutes from the Tanger Outlets and 20 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. There’s also a small convenience store, ice-cream shop, and coffee shop within a 2 minute walk from the unit. Overall a great place to stay and we would likely book here again!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Our stay was perfect! Clean, close to everything, steps to the beach and pool. The owner was probably the best you’ll ever have with VRBO. He was very accommodating and communicated from beginning to end. There was a bad storm coming in and he advised us what to do via a phone call. He was probably the best host we have ever encountered. We will rent from here every single time!

The management team was awesome & very responsive to any question I had prior to booking & checking in/out. I highly recommend this condo.
