Experience relaxation on your next BEACH vacation at this two (2) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom, 910 sq. ft. condo unit that is located DIRECTLY on the beach and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.

Parking passes are purchased from a link sent via email and must be picked up at the front desk on site. Only 2 (two) parking passes are available for each condo. Not included in reservation cost.

Phoenix 1095 is located at the Phoenix 1 building in Orange Beach, Alabama. This ninth-floor unit was completely renovated in 2018 and is fully upgraded with all the extras you could want on your beach vacation. As you enter the property you immediately see the inviting coastal decor and upgrades. To your immediate left is the guest bedroom with beach themed linens, Queen bed, bunk bed, chest of drawers, and a HDTV. On your right you will find the guest bathroom with granite counter tops, new fixtures, extra storage, and a shower/tub combo.

As you continue on into the unit you will find the upgraded kitchen with all stainless appliances, granite countertops, and lots of cabinetry. To the right is the chic dining area with a round table with seating for four. Just past the dining area is the living area with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, two chairs, a HDTV, and access to the private beach front balcony, which features an outdoor dining table and a chair lounger to enjoy the breeze and waves.

Just off the living area is the master suite. Here you will find a cozy king bed, HDTV, private balcony access, and a private master bath with granite counter tops, new fixtures, and a shower/tub combo.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max-to be purchased via link sent in an email after booking-not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    The location is great. The beach was wonderful and you are close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The condo was remodeled but the cabinets were pretty old and the kitchen could be stocked better. I pulled some dishes out that were definitely still dirty so I had to clean all the dishes, pots/pans before we used them. Also random but my sister and I were sharing the master bedroom with 4 teen girls in the other room. On our last night at 2am a headboard piece broke and hit my sister on the head, she was fine and we laughed about it later but that could’ve really hurt either one of us if it were heavier. Also know that you have to pay 55 for each parking spot, none are included.

    The condo was fine. Outdated and no kitchen items except very basic. Property busy extreme security on pool during day and not in evening.

    The condo and property were clean. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the pool. There only issues we had was that it is not handicap friendly. The walk in showers were very helpful. The issues we had were that no handicap bars to use in showers or by the toilets. The toilets were also very low to the ground. Could use the higher standard size toilets. Also there is no bathrooms by the pool that are on ground level. the have a bathroom by the pool but you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to them or go back to your condo by elevator. Could use some updates at this property. A nice addition to this property that had just opened on the second floor of building #1 was the coffee shop.

    Beach was beautiful. Great location Phoenix I tower amenities good. Unit was clean but dated - not newly renovated IMO Lots of wear and tear. Cabinets old, not many glassware/cups available Be aware - 170lb weight restriction on bunk beds

    I did not like the wrist band that had to be worn. It took us three different times to check in at desk. First time she told us just to go on up. Second time she told us to come back later she didn’t open till 9 am. It was like 8:58 am.in mean time the security was calling telling us we needed parking pass onwindshield.

    My biggest complaint was there was no keurig. Super old school coffee pot which was frustrating. We felt the property was a tad pricey for the size/ age of it of it. The master bed was very comfortable! Great location. Just a few complaints- otherwise it was great!

    Shortly after arriving, we noticed the floor in the main living space was filthy. We called immediately and a very kind lady assured us that someone would be there first thing in the morning. After a no show and getting tired of waiting, I bought my own mop to clean it so we could move on with our day. The other small issues were that the garbage disposal doesn't work which is fine but it would have been nice to know before rinsing dishes on that side and the master bath sink drains very slowly as well. With these small cleaning and maintenance upgrades, it would have made our stay more enjoyable.
