Recently Remodeled, Very Comfy Condo Near Disney, Universal and Sea World.

We loved our stay, the property manager was very nice and replied quickly. House is well equipped wit all we needed. Also perfectly located with easy access to parks and attractions.

Excellent accommodations and the hosts were fantastic! Description of property on Expedia and VRBO was extremely accurate and the owners were very responsive! When we arrived on our first night it was very late and we couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom to work. We emailed the owners indicating it wasn’t an issue for us but that we wanted to let them to know so they didn’t think we broke it. Less than a half an hour later they responded apologizing and said they would have a new TV shipped out from Amazon immediately. When we woke up the next morning though we noticed that the power cord at the back of the TV was loose. Once we plugged it in fully, the TV worked perfect so we contacted them back to let them know. We also had difficulty signing into our Netflix account and when we advised the owners they created a guest account on their membership for us to use! They also gave us a late checkout on our last day because no one else was coming in that day! It’s obvious that the owners take pride in their property and are very committed to ensuring guests fully enjoy themselves! We highly recommend this property and will definitely look to book here again when visiting Orlando/Kissimmee!

Much bigger than I expected. The condo was clean and there was plenary of supplies e.f. pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. The owners who are lovely and helpful left clear instructions which made arriving and leaving a breeze. The whole complex is well maintained and very clean no garbage. Highly recommend.

We were in Orlando for the AAU national volleyball tournament. This property was perfect for the price we paid. Cute place in a great location.

Great stay! Plenty of room for all 6 of us adults. 25 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando. Check in was easy and parking was good. Kitchen was great. Would stay here again.

The space was great, very clean. The being in the master could have been better, and most of the windows had broken blinds. Also, they were repairing the outside stairs right issue of the unit which was very loud early in the morning. I know that's not the owners fault, but notice would have been nice.

- The house is incredibly well equipped, you really find everything there (kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, care, ...). They thought of everything, even babies (high chair and travel cot for example). There is also a lot of storage.- The collective parking space is very close, right in front of the house, which is equivalent to private parking in a detached house.- The house is large. There were 5 of us and we did not use all the bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms are very practical.- The front door unlocks with a code, which is modern and practical (no need to carry keys around or risk losing them), especially with children who can quickly slam the door and forget the keys inside. However, I hope that the code is renewed for each new tenant, otherwise it could be a security problem, because the additional key for the top deadbolt did not work (it did not fit in the lock, so we never used the second lock). - The reversible ventilation system is efficient (cools or heats very quickly, depending on the temperature). There is a damp and musty smell but I think it's normal for Floridian people, it's the same smell in hotels so I think it comes from the ventilation system.- The house is well located (near shops by car) and far enough from the main roads not to be bothered by the noise of cars.- In terms of improvement, please repair some blinds, living room and kitchen in particular. Some slats are missing and the others are fragile. And the vis-à-vis exists on the ground floor.

Thanks for having such a nice comfortable place to stay. The house was immaculate. Everything was in working order and the master bedroom and couches were so comfortable.

We are returning guests to this property and will return again in the future.

Definitely will be back on our next Disney vacation
