Stayed Jul 28, 2025Two adults 50 and Corgi. Perfect in-between stay that accepts pets...while we looked for longer term rental and new home purchase. Clean and well maintained unit. Mix of tenants in complex.....Owners, longer term rental and nighty guests. Community BBQ, pool and grounds are well maintained. No dishwasher in our unit. But had in unit washer/ dryer a plus. Easy Walking distance to downtown Kona for a dinner out and souvenirs. Host was super helpful and responsive.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The condo had everything we needed and we couldn't have asked for a better location! It was a short walk down to restaurants & coffee shops right by the ocean and also over to Kona Brewing. There are awesome beaches within a 30 minute drive, and the condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and even more amenities for us to borrow. Check in/out was a breeze and Erika was a great host and responsive to our questions. A great experience all around.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025Fantastic stay close to down town Kailua Kona. Clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. There’s an AC unit in the bedroom and the living room. Only downside was the pool/hot-tub area were not available due to their construction resurfacing. Overall, excellent experience!
