The condo was beautifully decorated and provided everything needed for a great stay. The view and access to the beach were great and the provided chairs and umbrella was an added bonus.

Disappointing overreach of new HOA rules regarding personel chairs, etc on the beach, obviously designed as a money-grab to force you to spend more on rental chairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. The space was spotless on arrival—clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. You truly can't beat the location; it’s right on the beach with easy, direct access, making it perfect for sunrise walks or a quick dip in the ocean. Everything from check-in to communication with the host was smooth and accurate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free beach getaway.

Beach service was perfect. The only issue we’ve ever had with this building is parking....during the second week of our stay we had 3 vehicles & only 2 allowed. But the rental agent was nice about it and we parked #3 on the road outside the complex. Otherwise, a flawless stay at a great place!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Sugar Dunes before, and although I wish it was a little closer to 30A, it is an amazing location with wonderful beach access. We had our entire family with us, including our two grandkids who are both under two years old. It’s the perfect place to be, with direct access to the beach from our balcony. Every unit has direct beach access from the balcony. Candy was amazing to work with & made things so easy! I This was our second time to stay in Sugar Dunes & we would definitely stay here again. We were sad to leave.

This is the second year me, my daughter and two adult grandchildren have rented at Sugar Dunes on Santa Rosa Beach. The Unit was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. Walking down a few steps to the sand and water is awesome, especially for me since I am elderly. We will rent this again next year. Highly recommend Sugar Dunes at Santa Rosa Beach.

We had a fantastic time staying at Seagrove beach. The condo was perfect for 2 families (each with 2 young kids). The best part is direct beach access down a staircase from the patio. Amazing views while sitting on the patio chairs watching for dolphins or enjoying a cocktail. The sand here is the best in the world - soft and white. There were a few puzzles, novels, adn sand toys for our use. Great kitchen and a fun bunk room for the kids. We hope to come back again!

I was disappointed that a very large outside staircase to the beach limited the view and that that was not made clear by the photos.
