Razorback Retreat on Dickson Street

It was a great location. Lots available near by shopping and food within walking distance. The host was available when I messaged about a small issue found during arrival. Letting me know he was there for anything else we may need. We didn't but it was great!

Everything was perfect!

Great stay. Loved the location and proximity to the restaurants and the university. It was a little loud in the late evenings (college kids coming and going down the alley) but the noise was short-lived. Would definitely stay again. Super clean.

We loved being so close to campus as well as such a variety of shops and restaurants. The unit was super comfortable and unique. We brought our high school seniors to check out Arkansas and watch a football game. This was the perfect accommodation as we had plenty of room and everyone had their privacy. It was nice to have both upstairs and downstairs spaces.

Great place and walking distance to U of A and restaurants.

We were in town for orientation. It was close enough to walk to the university. This way our student could explore the university on his own and walk back from the student only meetings. This gave him a great feel for living in Fayetteville. The restaurants and amenities nearby are amazing. Not to mention the fun decor and fabulous accommodations. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3 night and it was wonderful.

This property was fantastic in every way for our two night stay. The way they reworked this old building into apartments was extremely resourceful. We will definitely book this place again in the future.

Close to lots on Dixon- very nice place!

We planned for 2 nights of a triple header Hog game. This was perfect for us. Uber/Lyft was available in minutes, dropped off at the gate, and less than 8 for the 3 of us. We had everything we needed. Perfect access to everything offered on Dickson, and even on game night it was very peaceful and quiet for great sleep.We will be booking again soon!!Cheers,Clay

My husband and I took our son to tour the University. This location was super convenient walking distance to campus and to restaurants etc. It was clean and just the right space. We decided to uber to the baseball stadium as it was a 45 min walk, but that was easy as well. You can hear the trains, but we slept well overall for being downtown.

I wanted a place where I could stay with my daughter and get her away from the craziness of going to a large, SEC school and quiet down a bit and make her some home-cooked meals. This place was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. I will definitely stay again. The property owner was quick to respond, but I did not have very many questions as it was in great shape.

We have been going to Fayetteville for years. This was one of our favorite places we've ever stayed on Dickson. Easy access in and out, and location was amazing.

Nice apartment. Great location within walking distance to an array of restaurants. Had a few issues checking, for some reason I did not receive the check on e mail with instructions. Called the owner and he helped me out. Good value and location. I would stay here again.

Super convenient. Walked to dinner at Atlas, to the farmers market, and walked around the square. Loved having assigned parking. Great weekend. Was not nearly as loud as I thought.

Property was clean, inviting, and easily accessible. We couldnt have been any happier than if we were at home! We highly recommend and will definitely return ourselves.

Joey was a great host. Even ater a hiccup with accessing the property our overall stay was wonderful. The property was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with clean linens, pillows, blankets. Joey was quick to respond with any requests and questions. He is a very gracious host and we really appreciate his flexibility and professionalism. We will definitely be back.
