Was a great stay. Condo was nice and clean and well appointed. Stocked well for at least two days for household cleaning and items. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Will stay here again!!

Location was great, cleanliness and lack of kitchen towels, measuring cups and spoons etc. was not great.

Lovely condo, perfect for our beach trip

Overall had a great stay, beautiful views from balcony and bedroom. Quiet, peaceful, and perfect for our family of three. The view from the bedroom for sunrise was the best!! Check in was easy, had wonderful communication and detailed instructions.

We enjoyed it in the property was very clean however, we did not know that there was not a pool available at the time of booking

This property was *amazing. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended, per furnishings, location, and amazing views.

The condo was perfect. The weather was amazing and beach service was top notch. My only complaint was having to walk through the muddy sand from the pool construction after rensing off from the beach. It made it impossible to keep sand out of the condo. It would have been nice to have a cleaner walkpath back from the deck to the automated doors. Other than that, we had a great time.

The condo was clean, well appointed and centrally located. Some issues, the TV remote in bedroom didn't work and the shower head delivered harsh needle like pressure.

The shower was nice but the shower had to much pressure and felt like it was piercing your skin. Also the hot water heater was so small one person couldn't even take a shower without running out of water.

We had a great stay at this condo, it was right on the beach and the views were amazing. Perfect for a couples get away, we would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The balcony and bedroom views are amazing, the location is perfect, and it’s only a short walk to the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

Overall the property & stay was really great! They did a good job with all the updates and really maximized the space inside. The couch & bed were super comfy and everything was clean. The AC was super cold and worked great. The only thing it needed to be 100% perfect (especially bc of the price point), was some new cookware, like pans, silverware, & other kitchen utensils etc., since we like to cook, but that is a super easy fix. The property grounds are really well maintained, easy to get to and have everything you’d need for the beach. Definitely 5 stars & worth it overall! :)

Beautiful view from room. Location was great but extremely crowded. Also, only 2 elevators working for the entire complex which leads to long waits for an available elevator

It was roomie for a one bedroom, clean. No complaints!

The property was exactly as described! Clean, nicely/newly furnished beachfront condo with AMAZING views! The location was excellent, right across from Baytowne Wharf and near outlets. No long waits for elevators. Very short walk to the beach. If there was anything at all to complain about the only thing I can think of is that when the air kicked on, there was a musty smell that would blow out at first. We checked the air filters just to see and they were perfectly clean and looked to have just been replaced, so it is probably just within the unit or building itself. GREAT GREAT place to stay!

Holidays crowd it‼️Condo was perfect for 2. Easy access to 30A and Destin. No negatives except Sandestin needs an overall update. Quick steps to beautiful beach/white sand. Clean. Smells nice everywhere.
