IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Seawinds Condominium Association will be conducting repairs on the balconies in the 01 and 02 stacks, beginning August 3, 2026, and continuing through November 1, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise throughout the building, depending on the location of work relative to individual units. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub may be closed to ensure everyone's safety.

When you’re able to wake up each morning to the soothing sounds of thewaves breaking on the shore right outside of your door, you know that paradise has been found. Here, on Marco Island, this paradise is located in this 1,000 square foot beachfront condo at the Seawinds. It sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, one sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.

This is one of the most conveniently located units in the entire building—just steps from the pool, beach access, and parking. As a first-floor condo, you can skip the stairs and elevators entirely. Simply walk out your door and follow the short path past the pool to the boardwalk that leads straight to the sand. Whether you’re carrying beach gear or snacks, the ease of first floor access makes your vacation that much more relaxing.

On the balcony, start your day with a cup of coffee or tea in hand while enjoying the view of the brightening sky from a tropical sunrise. Once you’re ready to relax on the crescent beach, there is no unit with better access. End your day here as well, with a tropical drink as the setting sun turns the sky a brilliant orange.

As you make your way inside, you’ll be followed by the tropical sunlight, which brightens the boat deck-inspired floors and sand-colored walls of the interior. Feel free to take a break from exploring Marco Island, and relax in the cozy and stylish furniture that’s perfectly placed in front of the flat-screen television in the living room. Even indoors, the seaside fabrics, paintings, and décor will remind you that you’re truly in paradise.

The beautiful, bright kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and cookware needed to make the perfect meal to enjoy on the wooden dining room table or patio. When you’re living in the tropics, you, of course, need a blended tropical drink to sip on, so the kitchen also comes with a blender.

When it’s time to settle down for the night, the cozy bedrooms are decorated with all the colors and comforts of the tropics. They feature ample closet and drawer space, as well as televisions. The master suite, in particular, comes with an en suite bathroom and opens up to the balcony, so you’ll fall asleep to gentle ocean breezes.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. The starter items lasted a whole week. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable. The only drawback was its size. We were a party of two and had to use the second bedroom to keep the luggage. There are two dressers in the bedroom but small and if you like to live out of your suitcase its impossible. We liked the first floor and not having to use the elevator. The location is bothersome due to proximity of public access.. Directly in front of the building the tents were triple parketed! It was very packed and we had to walk like 200 + feet with all the beach gear to just aways from the crowds. I would pick something further out from public entrance. Management company were very nice and professional, highly recommend them.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking process was very efficient and the pictures and description were good. However, we were not informed that ALL the condos were getting new sliding doors during the period we were there. Our bedroom doors would not move and the lounge door was difficult to move making outside access tricky!. Additionally the Apollo next door was doing work that was EXTREMELY noisy. A key was required to open the beach gate, the parking lot gate and the main entrance with a an individual key for your condo needed. This was not for me I'm afraid and would not return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sea Winds on the first floor. The unit only had a Kuerig, we bought and left there a Mr Coffee regular style pot. There were no dishwasher pods. There was a tiny bottle of dish soap, a small bottle of watered down laundry detergent. The mattresses were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. There was one bowl in cupboard that had been used and put away dirty. The unit was clean, great tv screen, enjoyed not having to use the elevator.

    The condo was fantastic (thank you owners!) as well as the local management company, Marco Island Vacation Properties. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Sea Winds and feel it is on the best part of MI Beach. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit.

    Sea winds 102 - amazing location. Property excellent, clean well maintained. Marco island properties were great responded to all issues, very quick and resolved. As far as the actual condo- the twin beds were awful, need to be replaced as well as all the pillows. The bedding had some stains and were obviously dirty. It was good we had W/Dryer because we cleaned them. Also, the outdoor furniture desperately needs new cushions- like sitting without them. The condo was very well stocked. Plenty of beach items. Pool very nice. Wi-Fi only worked in condo and spotty on beach. Be aware condo is pretty small. Perfect for 4. would not recommend any more. Overall, wonderful no huge issues. Loved Marco Island
