RARE Poolside Studio at Baytowne Wharf! Walk out to Pool, Hot Tub, Beach Tram

overall the resort is phenomenal ---- my specific unit smelled like a dead animal was trapped in a wall, and it took 2 days to get into a different unit.

We’ve stayed in this unit several times! We love being able to walk right out our back door to the pool! Mt husband loves fishing all the lakes around the property.

Overall the property was the perfect size for the 2 of us! It was very clean and modern. Close access to the swimming pool and Wharf for shopping, dining and entertainment. Tram services were nice for getting to the beach. I think either the internet or television may need updated as there was a lot of lags and buffering. My recommendation would be to offer a more helpful communication style. Essentially our only means for communication was texting. I tried to read through all of the literature before asking my questions but was still referred to the documents. When we tried to ask about finding the coin operated laundry and if the room had a change machine, they did not have this information. I actually called a number and spoke to someone that was not on-site and wasn't familiar with the Pilot House. The laundry was quite a hall (including walking through the parking garage) and no they do not have a change machine. We discovered this the hard way. If you prefer to do your laundry on vacation just make sure you don't choose a studio.

Everything was as described and great location. Would book again for sure!!

Enjoyed the stay but must say that the patio furniture should be replaced. Also the patio cushions were very dirty and should be washed or replaced.

We prefer to stay at the Pilot House and this room met all our needs. I like that it had the floor level walkout. It was quiet and no sleep disturbances.

Lovely property and perfect location! Everything about the studio apt was great! We booked just a few days in advance to be sure we had good weather aka no hurricane…yet we had to leave one day early and lost a day sadly because of Helene.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, loved the pool right off the patio. Convenient location to restaurants and short drive to the beach. Parking was available in nearby deck.

Loved our room it had everything we needed. It was great having the pool so close. Our second time here.We will be back again.

There is plenty of food, entertainment for both kids and adults. All areas of the grounds are very well maintained.

We loved our time here. The place was exactly as promised. We will definitely be back.

The studio had everything we needed! The room is in a great location, just a few steps away from the pool and gym. We walked to restaurants and shops, then rode our bikes to the beach. Looking forward to staying at the studio again soon.
