Fabulous Gulf Front, 3 bedroom, 3 bath end-unit with wrap-around balcony , located in Holiday Isles Resort. Holiday Isles is the premier building on Dauphin Island, and this is definitely THE premier unit in the entire building!

This unit has it all- Extra-large floor plan, with almost 1900 sq feet of beach-front living. Beautiful Gulf-front wrap-around balcony, with plenty of furniture for outside living, accessed from the Master bedroom, or from the living area. Floor to ceiling windows on the Gulf and west sides of the unit. The queen and double twin bedrooms also have access to a north-side balcony. Very well appointed unit with everything you will need, including beach towels. This unit is an corner unit that provides lots of privacy, and several outdoor balconies and living spaces that the other units cannot provide, all while still enjoying all the amenities of renting a condominium. (Note: the pictured wine chiller is not included and the jets in the pictured jacuzzi tub do not work.)

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

    The condo was beautiful (has been refurnished since pictures were taken) and incredibly spacious. Wonderful location - we just walked across the street every night for a meal and ice cream. Absolutely not crowded. The place to go when you want to get away from crowds and the rush.

    We had a lovely stay on Dauphin Island in this large condo located on the west side of the first floor. The condo is comfortable and had what we needed to a last minute get away. We were in contact with the management company who responded promptly after we had a glitch getting into the condo. This was resolved quickly and was likely my error. We appreciated the quick response.The condo has a lovely balcony where we spent a lot of time, and a wonderful two-sided floor to ceiling window to see the water whenever you were in the primary living area or kitchen. The condo owner has installed a floor to ceiling window covering to help shield from the afternoon sun and that is much appreciated. Be aware that you are on the first floor and while that can be convenient, you are close to the area that was being used to access the beach so people were frequently walking by. That will likely change when the boardwalk to the beach is completed later this spring. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Keep an eye on the coffee maker as we couldn't find the automatic turn off. Also, be sure to clean the dryer filter after every use to help the dryer work effectly. Overall a nice stay and we appreciated being in this home.

    Make sure all TVs are working and have remotes Clean better, I cleaned the first hour of being there. Outdoors furniture was broken and we placed a weight under the leg of outdoor couch, one chair was missing back legs, Nice accommodation, would definitely stay with you again

    The twin bedroom and the queen bedroom were smaller than the pictures showed. Both bedrooms had tvs that did not work. A call to the support of the unit, only said they have called to have it fixed. The 4 night stay, these tvs were not fixed and the initial response was all we received.

    This property is located easily between the east and west end. We enjoyed the time at the beach outside of the property; a long boardwalk made it easy. Will be back.

    The property is great. It had everything we needed. The only thing we would have liked was a real grill at the resort, instead of electric.

    Our family really enjoyed this large condo. This was our 3rd visit staying at Holiday Isle and the condo was perfect for our family of 6. It’s very convenient to everything we need.

    Overall the property was nice. My only complaint was not being able to watch TV, most of the stations didn't show on one TV and none on the other.The repair man showed up a day before we left and we didn't know he was coming.
