-Parking: Each unit includes two parking spaces. All vehicles must display a valid AQUA parking pass, which must be registered, paid for, and printed before arrival. The Front Desk cannot issue or assist with parking passes. Boats, trailers, RVs, and personal watercraft are not allowed on property, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed without notice. Parking is $50 plus tax per vehicle, per stay. Your Welcome Guide with the registration link will arrive three days before check‑in.
-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay.
-All arrival instructions and property details are shared via a digital Welcome Guide before check-in.
-Pets are not permitted at this rental.
