RARE Condo at Baytowne! Steps to Wharf, Tropical Pool, Hot Tub, Tram to Beach

We enjoy our stay in Sandestin…there is a lot to do.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ants were everywhere, they had any killer under the sink so they know it's an issue. Needs updating, beds hard, pillows worn, carpet in bedrooms needs to go. Nothing special, Gets the job done.

We really loved the condo! It was super clean and had tons of space for our family. Location was perfect.

Our family came into town for a wedding. We chose this rental due to location in the village area, as well as the fact that there were no stairs in the unit since we have small children. Check in was easy and communication was good. The unit was clean and we had a good amount of space for our family members staying with us, as well as 1 bathroom per room which is great. The unit had everything we needed. We took the shuttle to the beach which was great. The beach was packed but that’s to be expected. The parking was a bit of a nightmare, which we didn’t realize would be the case ahead of time, as the listing said there would be one spot available for the unit. The designated lot was full on multiple occasions, leaving us to park around 1/4 mile away in the overflow lot, which is obviously not ideal in the Florida heat. We also had issues with the air conditioning. The management company was responsive and sent someone out the following day. Ultimately, it was a good rental, but the parking situation would deter us from staying here again.

This was a great place to stay with easy access to food and entertainment.

The room was really spacious. We loved the shower in the primary bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. Very close to Baytown Wharf. Going this time of year, it was very quite down the hallways. Would definitely reserve again

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pilot House. This is an excellent location to stay because you never have to leave the resort and village. We will be back!

Wonderful unit, up to date and well stocked!

The condo in the Pilot House was amazing. We squeezed 10 adjusts and two little ones in this beautiful 3 bedroom space. Some dishes were dirty and tears in one kitchen chair were not ideal. The blue wicker swing on the deck needs to be replaced as it sheds none stop. Other than those few complaints, it was just wonderful. Sandestin resort is gorgeous and we made the most of our time on this vacation. I would definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect, from the rooms to the showers. Location was amazing :)!

Not a accurate description of the property/location. There was no way the condo was 1400 sq ft. The second bedroom did not have a king size bed. The third bedroom had its own air conditioner and thermostat, we could not get it cold in there. The dryer did not dry properly. Pool on third floor was not as large as the pictures made it look. Overall it was a ok experience. Not interested in returning to this location.

We just returned from a stay at the condo and it was wonderful! Communication with the owner was the best I've experienced with rental properties. He replied quickly and provided coolers with ice when the fridge needed replacing at the start of our week. The rooms are comfortable; one king, one queen, and lock out unit has two queens; plenty of closet space; well stocked kitchen for dining in; carpet in bedrooms probably needs replacing at some point; easy beach access via tram practically outside the front door of the Pilot House; lots of fun restaurants in the Village (highly recommend the Crazy Lobster), One parking space per unit and the garage fills up quickly during busy season and weekends! Overall a great vacation and we highly recommend this lovely condo. Many thanks to the owner for being so helpful!
