Stayed Sep 4, 2025This place is exactly as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for us, walk to the beach! There were all the necessities (beach chairs, umbrella, etc) plus a very well stocked kitchen. Super easy, super fun! Would definitely stay here again!!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have an amazing time celebrating our anniversary here. We were impressed with how well stocked the beach items were (chairs, UMBRELLA (very needed), boogie boards, coolers, and even snorkel gear. The place was spotless and we loved sipping our morning coffee on the Lanai. We will definitely consider for a future stay.

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time staying at this lovely condo and we will keep coming back. It’s clean, roomy and has all the conveniences. Beach supplies are stocked on the lanai, basic condiments in the fridge and a quick walk to Kam III to see the turtles. I cannot say enough great things about this condo.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We were very happy with our stay at this condo! This is our second time at Kamaole Sands, but our first time in this unit. This unit is nicely updated. It was also nice having a real second bedroom, as opposed to a loft bedroom in the other unit we stayed at. The beach closet was well stocked with towels, chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and sand toys. Kitchen had everything we needed, plus more! There was some construction happening at the property, but we personally didn't notice anything that detracted from our stay. We would stay in this unit again.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025We had a great stay at this condo. It was super clean and had everything and more (air fryer, rice cooker, and popcorn popper)! The location is perfect-right across the street from the best beach. The pool and pickleball courts were great too! It was great that the unit also had beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and sand toys. Would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed Jan 14, 2025Condo was nice, but no plastic cups and short on silverware. Master room should of been the one with the bathroom in the room. Coffee pot needs to be glass! Otherwise great condo!

Stayed Nov 20, 2024I have stayed in Kam Sands over 20 times. I come for work and vacation and this was the nicest unit with the nicest property managers. It’s stunning inside. AC in the rooms on separate controls. Everything was so nicely done. There are a lot of other property managers who are rude at Kam Sands but these were great and called me to move places due to construction before I arrived. Allowed for early check in. So incredible! Highly recommend.
