Stayed Jun 21, 2025We ordered the linen package and were told when asked if the beds would be made, we were told OH yes. They were just laying on the bed in plastic wrap. My in-laws are 93 and 82. The dish washer was full of dishes, had to run and empty. The slats on the patio door had 5 slats missing no privacy. The floor had sand on it and white cat or dog hair The woman who checked us in gave us a phone number to call. I call twice it was a recording.This was suppose to be a gift to my family. Not impressed.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024The condo was great for the kids since it was so close to the pool and in walking distance of restaurants and other activities. It worked perfectly for our family. The floors could have been cleaned better when arriving, and the TVs had terrible connections in the bedrooms. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
