Stayed Dec 26, 2021Our family of 5 (three teen boys) found plenty of space in this condo. Three bathrooms was a helpful feature. There are hot tubs nearby in addition to the one at the clubhouse. The shuttle service ran smoothly and got us back and forth to the gondola easily. The location is also close to food shopping and ski rentals, and an easy drive into downtown Steamboat. The price point for this rental seems about right for the quality of amenities and furnishings (not high-end).

Stayed Mar 13, 2021This property was great for our family. Great view of the mountain. Large table for family dinner. Located directly across from the community hot tub. We did have trouble with our keys getting in when we arrived but the lady at the front desk sent someone over and resolved our issue in a timely manner. Over all we really enjoyed staying in this Condo.

Stayed Feb 20, 2021The ranch resort was excellent in accommodating our needs, always had shuttles available in 10 min or less, which was so convenient taking us to the ski resort or to get groceries or to dinner in town. The hot tub was great, with towels available & right near the unit. We had 6 of us and the layout and room was just right.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a blast in Unit 304. Loved the cowboy theme. Beautiful views of the mountains, stars, hot air balloons and humming birds from the deck. Quick walk down to play tennis and swimming at the club house. Beautiful condo to match the beautiful summer weather. We loved the hiking trails all around the property. My husband and his friend from Charlotte enjoyed theThe Rolling Stone Ranch Golf Club. Pretty course and great golf. We will be back unit 304!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Unit is ok. View is outstanding. The bed in the master bedroom is TRULY AWFUL! It is a 2 star motel kind of bed: horrible lumpy bumpy mattress. I see that a reviewer mentioned this in March 2018. Too bad management replied with a note saying thanks for the feedback and did nothing about it. They should replace mattress immediately or remove this unit from the rental pool. Housekeeping was exceptional one day and truly basic the other day. They did not change sheets or towels. For an every third day housekeeping it is disappointing.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Ranch is a great location and had excellent service. We loved the ease of the shuttles and friendly drivers. The unit was nice enough overall, however the master bed seems pretty worn and not good if you prefer more support. Also, kitchen cookware could use some improvements.
