Quiet, Romantic Home, End Unit w/ Beach Service & Reserved Parking

Everything was perfect, from the weather to the beautiful condo really enjoyed our stay hope to come back again next year

The unit was gorgeous with comfortable furniture and a well outfitted kitchen. Being on the end, the views were amazing! The owners went out of their way to replace the living room TV and were so gracious. We would definitely rent again!

Very pleased with our stay! It was the smoothest checkin we have ever had. Loved the decor. The condo was stocked with anything we could have needed. Elevators ran smoothly during the full length of our stay. Having an actual specified parking space was wonderful! The beach service was definitely a positive as well.

We loved our stay. By far the most relaxing stay we’ve had in PCB. Loved the view from the balcony and the tile was a wonderful touch. 0 complaints. Thank you for allowing us to stay here! Would love to come back again.

For the most part this is a great place to stay. Beautiful views, on the quiet end of the beach. Very near to pier park and other amenities.the hosts were excellent with their communication. The elevators were a little slow on check in day but the rest of the week was fine. The only negatives here involved the master bed/bath. The room was great. The bed in the room, however, has the absolute firmest mattress we have ever slept on. Both of us sleeping in that bed woke up with very sore backs. One of us a side sleeper the other a back sleeper and both couldn’t sleep on it. The shower is a very nice shower: The water pressure is more like a gentle afternoon rain. Almost no water pressure at all. It does have a shower head that you can change settings and if you changed it to the smallest spray pattern it did have a little pressure. If you don’t mind cleaning your body 1 inch at a time then this would work for you. As for the rest of the rental it was great. Great balcony views with nice table and chairs setup: the kitchen and living area was nice. Large tv in the living room and each of the bedrooms had their own tv. Overall a 4/5 but the showering and sleeping conditions definitely dropped it down a notch for us.

We throughly enioyed our stay! The condo was just as stated and had everything you would need/want! Just beautiful. Only downsides were people smoking somewhere near us and the pool area is very small for the building size!

Very nice clean place to stay! I’m so glad this is the one we picked. We had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were comfortable. We liked having the assigned parking spot knowing we wouldn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. Bench access was easy and our chairs and umbrella were ready for us everyday before we even woke up!! I highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful rooms, view and location. Everything was clean and conveniently located. Amenities were a plus and the beach was magnificent. We ate in the home many times and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the decor made us feel our beachy best. Complaint: I had to leave paradise and go back to reality.

The condo is amazing and the owners are even better. My family's car broke down the night before we were scheduled to leave. The owner went out of his way to help us find another place to stay the next day while our vehicle was being repaired. I can't say enough good things about them and their place. You will love it too!

This condo was one of the best we’ve stayed in within the last 10 years or so in PCB. The listing was super accurate and it felt like we were right at home. The owners were incredibly easy and accommodating to work with. Would recommend this place a million times over!

This is an excellent condo - probably one of the best ones we have rented. The condo is tastefully decorated. We loved the balcony and the high top tables. The view of the beach was awesome. It was so nice to have an assigned parking spot. Communication with Steve was great. We would rent this condo again.

Steve and Kay’s condo is spectacular. Everything was just as pictured, the condo was spotless and the amenities were great. The patio is amazing and the beach chair service is extremely convenient. Communication with Steve and Kay was also excellent and they were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. I hope we get back to PCB one day to stay here again.

We have stayed at almost every condo building in pcb, in a variety of nice condos. This tops them all. Not only in cleanliness, and amazing balcony, but even the decor and quality kitchen utensils. They even had a lemon press, which we used. If we come back to pcb next year, I surely hope we get to stay here!!!

The condo was very clean and just as pictured. It was the most comfortable stay I have ever had on vacation. Communication was great and will definitely be looking to stay there in the future!

Wonderful choice in decor make this condo stand above the rest, not to mention the lovely owners - Stephen & Kaye. Everything was perfect- ease of access, loved the reserved parking spot and beach chairs/umbrella, weather, ocean, comfy beds, huge corner tiled balcony on 18th floor, very quiet, enjoyed the sauna and hot tub at night as well as the enormous TV for movie time. I cooked all but one meal for the week (went to Mike’s Oyster Bar 2 blocks away one night - yummy!). The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you need and more for any recipe. I highly recommend this condo and consider us lucky to have stumbled upon such a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing vacation rental. Thank you for this little slice of heaven Stephen and Kaye!!
