Stayed Mar 5, 2024The property suited our needs perfectly. Three couples down to visit Palm Springs and area for the first time. Also attended Indian Wells Tennis a couple of days. The Unit was clean and tidy and plenty of room to relax, stretch out and cook a couple of meals. We also enjoyed a couple of hours by the pool on a couple of days. Pretty centrally located, we walked to the Living Desert and enjoyed our visit there, especially the Giraffes! Would come back and stay again.

Stayed Feb 12, 2024Didn’t end up staying although fully paid seeking refund. Not enough towels and request said we could wash them (it’s our vacation don’t want to wash), pool and hot tub not heated, crumbs in magazine holder on coffee table and refrigerators had crusty stuff on it (maybe ketchup) and no window coverings on large patio slider so whole unit activity has no privacy if desired. Overall the unit was nice but after walking thru it did not meet our expectations for the price we paid.

Stayed Nov 19, 2023This rental is comfortable and care free, with the bonus of a third bed/bath which is perfect for larger families. This is our second time at this property--family likes to visit Palm Desert Thanksgiving week.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Robin was excellent to deal with as a property manager . The unit has good “ bones “ but would be awesome with a complete update . The end corner unit is quiet and close to the community pool , which is not heated . Three large bedrooms each had their own bathroom . Kitchen nice appliances , supplies such as pots and pans could use an overhaul. Living room comfy sectional , no blinds on sliding door to patio Table and BBQ fine When we arrived there were large stains on two of the bedroom carpets . Though not cleaned as per requested during our week long stay ( cleaners not available )Robin was able to reimburse through the owners a compensation amount . Which was appreciated. As rental property owners we are very familiar of the need of ongoing upgrades and general maintenance . In a desert rental I question why there would be carpet in any unit with the wear and tear of short term weekly rentals ? Over all a nice stay on Ironwood a lovely community .Evolve team nice to deal with

Stayed Jan 13, 2023It was as, or better, than advertised. lovely grounds, spacious unit. well organized , well-equipped and user-friendly, convenient location. Weather was not the best...but the fabulous Desert Zoo just down the road was a perfect diversion! the only difficulty we ran into was that neither of the nearby pools was heated as described (though spas were nice and warm) and we had to call to find a pool on the property that I could swim in. management was very responsive in helping us with this.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Just inside the gate with a large green belt off the back patio. Close to El Paseo, Palm Desert and Indian Wells. Furniture is very comfortable. Unit was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this unit.
