No smoking in our home or on the upper or lower decks and please do not throw anything into the marsh. Deer Island is a forest preserve and we hope we can count on you to do your part to protect the beauty and wildlife.



2030 Deer Island Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture will apply of the payment made to date when booking through VRBO or Direct. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.

A damage protection plan is included in your cleaning fee as part of your reservation.



Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. It is advisable to consider purchasing travel insurance which can be purchased through your booking as an ADD-ON.
