Quiet and cozy apartment on the sound

This condo was perfect! So clean and cozy,felt like home! This condo was so well stocked with everything, so if you forget something at home or the grocery store no worries because Sharon probably has it available at the condo. We had packed everything we needed but it was nice to know the items was available for use if we needed them. The storage room below had lots of useful items also. We didnt have room in our car for our beach chairs and we was so glad to see that Sharon had some in the storage room available for us to use. The snacks and beach bag with towels and sun screen ready to be used was a nice treat! Did I mention how clean it was!! Cleaness is the first thing I look for when renting a place to stay and I recommend this one 100% Sharon is so nice and friendly and made us feel very welcomed! Thank you Sharon!!! We enjoyed our stay!

Very well appointed unit in quiet area. Bed was comfortable and unit was very clean. This unit had everything you might have forgotten to bring along with prepared beach bag waiting for you. Owner was very responsive and helpful. View over the water looked like it was right at our feet.

This property met all my expectations. It was surprisingly stocked with everything we needed, including lots of extras. The owner was available to answer all my questions and was very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

So nice all around, about 15 minutes to the action and the beach, but was peaceful and tranquil. Only drawback was the hot and humid, couldn’t really spend much time outside till the sun started to go down but this had nothing to do with the condo. Guess it was better than a hurricane. Locals said this was unusual for this time of the year. Beaches had a lot of green algae. Went on dolphin Cruise in destin at sunset, we’ll worth $25, saw over 50 dolphins, it’s a must! Also don’t miss Atlas restaurant and the Fish House in Pensacola. Best ever overlooked the Bay. Back to the condo, we’ve spent weeks at a lot of timeshares but never experienced or expected how well stocked this was, from eggs in the fridge, snacks, bottled water right down to the canoe, beach chairs umbrellas and sunscreen. Only thing we missed was a coffee pot and I have a feeling it was there somewhere! We’d definitely go back.

Awesome. So quiet and peaceful. Couldn’t have asked for more from the property owner. Extra thought went in to every detail. Can’t wait to book again. Sharon is amazing.

Sharon's house is perfect. it has a wonderful sea view, you wake up in the morning and it is the first thing you see. the neighborhood is very quiet and convenient for supermarkets and various shops. the house is very clean and equipped with every comfort. it also has a cellar with all the equipment for the sea such as chairs, umbrellas, and miscellaneous. parking is very convenient. Sharon was a perfect hostess. I recommend it to everyone is a magical place.

Everything was perfect and very clean!! We had an absolute blast.. Sharons hospitality was off the charts she had everything we needed from bikes and canoes down to board games she had it all!! We loved being able to use the dock and beach items she had accessible for us it made our trip very smooth! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting this area it was a blessing!!
