Quaint Oceanfront Condo, on the Beach!

Great place to stay! Right on the beach which made it a lovely stay for us and our two infants

Our stay was amazing! The rental was right on the beach, beautifully updated, and very clean. The owners were wonderful to communicate with—quick to respond and very helpful. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Easy beach access and clean place to stay

Perfect location close to beach, nice building and unit. Helpful beach items provided in storage space. We had a fun trip

It was perfect for our family of three. The beach was a short walk away. The place was clean and comfortable.

Excellent view, great location!

The location here is everything, especially when traveling with a young child! The condo was well equipped with cooking supplies and beach supplies - we really didn’t need to bring anything! The queen bed was a tad but uncomfortable for our taste, but was manageable for a few nights. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone traveling with a young child!

Clean condo and convenient location.

Lovely condo just steps from the beach. The place has everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. Great places to eat within walking distance. Take the kids to Northside park after dinner or go back to the beach again!

Loved this place so much! Not really any complaints except parking was a struggle to find and is not connected to property but that was a minor inconvenience for the benefit of location and view and kindness/helpfulness of property owners! Neighbors are SO nice and friendly! Hope we can stay again!!!

We had a great stay!

Wonderful location, very easy walk to the beach, convenient parking, clean, very responsive host. A bit tight for 5 tall people - the bunk bed didn’t work for us, but we moved one of the extra mattresses to the floor. Great place for our quick beach visit.

There literally is nothing better than waking up and going to sleep with the beach outside your door! We didn't even need to wear shoes unless we were getting in the car. Everything about the condo was exactly as described in the listing. Alicia was very responsive throughout the whole process. Perfect spot for a family to stay!

It was a great location, steps from the beach, great host

I’ve vacationed in OC many times, and this was the best trip I’ve ever had. I spent four nights with my sons (two pre-teens and one seventeen-year-old). Alicia was very responsive to all of my questions/concerns. The decor of the condo was lovely and the furniture comfortable and clean. I appreciated use of the beach chairs and umbrella. This may sound like a small detail, but any parent who’s spent time at the beach with several children will understand my relief at finding many hooks throughout the house and on the deck, which amounted to plenty of spots for drying wet bath towels, beach towels, and swimsuits. Access to the beach was as good as it gets. I didn’t even put on flip flops to get there. The condo is on a beautiful stretch of beach with clean, soft sand. It was wonderful during the day and at night. Traveling as a single mom can sometimes leave one feeling vulnerable, but I felt totally safe at all times. Several reviews have mentioned the stairs obscuring the view. It is annoying but something I was fully aware of when I booked my stay. I still sat on the deck every morning to drink my coffee and enjoy the view, which is unobstructed from either corner of the deck. I thought I’d be disappointed by not having the traditional view of the beach, but I found that I loved the dunes and water view even more! It was gorgeous. “Traffic” on the stairs was not an issue for us, and I am easily annoyed by that sort of thing. Will happily return!

It was our first time staying in North OC/Fenwick and this little gem was perfect for our young family (kids ages 5,8 & 11). It had all the necessities plus the added bonus of just being able to walk right out to the beach which was far less crowded than locations closer to the boardwalk. Alicia is a wonderful host. Super friendly, willing to answer all questions and provide recommendations. We plan to return!

We enjoyed our stay

This apartment was very nice and very well equipped. Everything was clean and comfy. The balcony was obstructed with the steps but you could still enjoy the ocean view and the sounds of the waves. Having two bedrooms was great so that our little one could get to sleep without any disturbance. Highly recommend for a family.

We loved this place so much in 2017, that we knew we wanted to come back again, and it didn't disappoint! It was clean, well stocked with lots of sand toys (and an umbrella-so helpful!), and quiet neighbors! The beach access is fantastic and communication with owner was very responsive. The ONLY con we can think of is needing to bring our own sheets and towels (although a couple blankets and pillows were provided). Thank you Alicia, as always!
