Perfect little condo and much better alternative to a hotel. 8 min walk from the front door to the waters edge on the beach. Owner responds very quickly and answers all questions. Had a wonderful time. We will go back.

Everything about this condo is perfect! Hosts are fantastic and very responsive to questions. Condo is well equipped and close to everything. The pool is not heated after Thanksgiving but we do not come for the pool.

Nice, small condo about one block from the beach (6 minute walk to public beach). Located on the first floor with nice patio right next to pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Need to upgrade pots and pans. Other than that well furnished.

Location was great and host was awesome. Needs a new umbrella in the beach box and maybe some tupperware but other than that no complaints at all! Obviously very minor details, we were very happy with our stay!

The condo was clean and organized. The amenities were as specified. I was happy to be so close to public beach access and a 10 minute bike ride from Seaside center. The pool was a great feature. Excellent value.

We had a very nice 2 week stay. The condo contained everything we needed.

The unit had some nice features like the washer and dryer, comfortable bed and it is decorated nicely. However, we had no cable TV due to the cable box not working and I have nothing like Netflix on my own. watch.

This was our third year at this hidden gem. The condo is perfect and close to everything. Hosts are always reachable and reply almost immediately. Never had a problem.

We had a great long weekend in this perfect condo! First floor unit right beside the pool and very close to great food and the beach. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time here!

Nice quiet location. Pool right outside our door. About 6 minutes to beach. Condo had a cute beachy theme. The condo was clean. Owner was quick to respond. Stove needed to be updated. Burners did not sit level. A bit challenging. But, made it work. We loved staying there and plan to come again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend it, and we will stay there again. It's a short walk to the beach if you don't mind that. The cart that was at the condo to haul our beach chairs was so so awesome!! Lots of things in walking distance to eat, and shop. We were there for a wedding in Grayton Beach, so it was close. It was me and my adult daughter and my best friend. The condo had plenty of parking and the condo is right by the pool. It was clean and great for us 3. The only thing I think they need to add is a full length mirror, it was hard trying to get dressed for the event with just the one mirror in the bathroom with 3 women, but we made due. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths too. The kitchen was equipped enough for us, but we really didn't do much cooking! We loved it and will stay there again in the near future!!! The owners responses were very fast and that means a lot if you are renting!!!

The property was nice. The one drawback was the public beach access. The walk to the beach was not bad but once you arrived there was little place to enjoy the water.
