Quaint Beach Condo with Bay Views, Covered Parking, Pool, Bay Beach -Baywatch C4

It was the best, relaxing and quietest place I have been in a while. Nothing better than sitting on the porch with a cup of joe and watching the ducks, pelicans and snowy egrets to start my mornings and relaxing at night. Restaurants nearby are awesome and very affordable, while cooking at the condo was perfect because they had everything you would need to produce a decent meal. Overall AAA and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! The management of the property (Surfside Properties) was more than accomodating for me as I arrived after their work hours, yet they made sure that everything was ready for me to just start my vacay as soon as I walked through the door. Bid kudos to them and the owner of the condo. Hope to deal with them soon.

The condo interior was a bit run down. The doors, especially the bathroom were dirty around the doorknobs and looked like someone had opened a can of coke on the door. Liked the balcony with bay view.

Amazing stay and had the best vacation

Overall great . But did see some cleaning that could of been done in fridge and found a few friends under couch when making the pull out bed

We absolutely loved being so close to the water on both sides of the island.

This property was hit by tornadoes just a few days before we checked in. The staff kept us informed as they checked for damage. Luckily the condos were fine, but there was damage to the balconies, bridges, etc. Everything was roped off and safe. The staff was amazing, condo was very nice and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay. Went to Fort Pickens to watch the Blue Angels and it was perfect. Highly recommend.

I was really pleased with the price of this condo compared to all of the others.

It was okay for what we needed it for. The location is what made it more enjoyable. Bathroom could definitely use some updating toilets ran all night. Toilet seat in master is like an elementary school bathroom so small. But overall we were pleased.

Property management was great with communication! The property itself was a great location. Close enough to everything we needed , but still quiet enough and relaxing with a great view.

It was a very nice location and walking distance to beach access. The fan didnt work in the main bathroom and we had to wait a couple hours for a warranty worker to come fix a part on the washing machine, but those were the only complaints. Parking was covered and a sand wash station before going back upstairs was convenient! It was nice to have a washer/dryer. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. We were close enough to the beach to walk and thoroughly enjoyed the dock/bay access. The host was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean.

We really liked everything. Everything is clean and tidy. One request: buy a new frying pan and saucepan, the ones you have are really bad.

This vacation was great!! My Aunt Marcia and I were able to mark things off her bucket list and make some great memories! Our condo was wonderful and just what we expected! We will definitely be back!!

We have stayed at this property several times, this was our first in this particular unit. The location is across the street from the gulf, backs up to the sound, you have the best of both. The unit was first floor, clean and has covered parking which is always a plus. Great for couples or a small family.

Condo was clean, property manager was very helpful, good view of bay, and nice relatively quiet location. Overall pleased for the cost.
