Purgatory townhome with Easy Access to Slopes - Views - EV Charger

The resort activities kept us busy and our family had a wonderful time. We absolutely loved it! Our townhouse had quite a bit of problems. The roof leaked, and because of Christmas no one was available to fix it. There were some lights not working because of water leak I think and cobwebs were hanging from light in kitchen. I thought it was very overpriced for the condition of the home. Other than that though we did enjoy ourselves and our kids had fun.

The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet still close enough to restaurants, shops, and local attractions like Durango, Silverton, and Ouray. It was also an easy drive to Mesa Verde National Park, the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, hot springs, hiking trails, and scenic mountain drives. We especially enjoyed coming back in the evenings to the cozy living space after a day of exploring.

Our family had a wonderful stay—the space was cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. While it is technically ski-in, the ski-out requires a short hike to reach the hill leading down to the base area. The hike isn’t particularly difficult, but it does involve traversing a side slope and a slight uphill section that can be icy and slippery, which may be challenging for some. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this condo!

Three level unit with plenty of space for three couples and three young children. Located on the slopes with a moderately easy ski down to the lifts.

The style and decor of this home was just right; not over stimulating. Very nice! After a long day on the slopes we enjoyed the private hot tub. The master suite is on the main level with the living room and kitchen, which is perfect for middle-aged skiers who don’t want to take the stairs. This is probably the best condo we’ve ever stay in and we’ve been skiing for almost 10 years. Really enjoyed the mud room which housed all our ski equipment and we didn’t track through the house. The bunk room was a little tight, but our teenaged boys only slept in there, so it wasn’t a problem. At the end of the day we literally skied onto our porch! We hope to stay here again!

Plenty of dishes and silverware. We had everything we needed to have lunch and dinner. You can Ski directly to your back door but there is a bout a 40 yard walk up to the run to ski down to the lift. Not hard, but worth mentioning. Overall had a great trip and loved this unit! Would def recommend! A few recommendations: some non-stick cooking pots and cookie sheets would be helpful. The oven light (internal) does NOT work. Assuming it just needs a new bulb?The bottom floor entry bathroom shower does NOT drain well. It will eventually drain, but might need to be looked at. The wifi UN/PW on the table tent is not accurate. We did use the info from the link sent and were able to connect, but the info left on the counter was not correct. Upstairs half bathroom vent sounds pretty rough.

Loved our stay - perfect location for getting on and off slopes. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for our families to be together. Dishwasher isn’t great - so rinse everything before loading. Had a wonderful time! Excellent communication with property manager.

The unit sleeps 10 comfortably and has adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for this number of people. However, the unit does not have an adequate supply of hot water for showers when 10 guests are staying here. Hot water would run out fully after a few 10 min showers and even with large spacing in between we did not have hot showers for each of our guests on a daily basis which was disappointing and uncomfortable. I would also suggest that the unit consider adding a few more wine glasses as 3 is not adequate for a larger group either.
