Pure Paradise - Ocean Walk

One of the nicest units in Ocean Walk south tower, fully updated, will stay in this unit again.

Unit is clean and well kept. Beds are not very comfortable, especially the pull out couch. Pools are nice, our kid loved the slide and the lazy river. The outdoor area of the property is dirty. Cigarette butts and trash are everywhere. That is not the fault of the owner of this unit and may just reflect the other guests at the time of our stay, but it was definitely a turn off for me and had I known the property allowed this, i would have stayed elsewhere.

My family had a wonderful vacation. Property manager was very quick to respond. We had minor issues with AC and refrigerator, both issues were addressed quickly! We would definitely stay there again!

This is our second time at this property for a cheer competition for our daughter and we plan to stay here again (hopefully in the same unit) next year. The first trip was enjoyable and the second was mostly enjoyable with one exception. The property and unit were clean and the ocean and pool view from the unit were incredible. However, we attempted to enter our room one night and were locked out. No big deal, right? Well, we went to the front desk to rectify the issue and the person at the desk was incredibly rude. I tried to show her the email with the checkout date and she said she was not going to look at it and handed me a piece of paper with four or five names and phone numbers on it. The property manager’s info was included on this paper. I asked to speak with a manager, she told me she was a supervisor and that she called security. I have no idea why she made that threat since we were just talking. I called the property manager and he immediately contacted the “supervisor” at the desk and resolved the issue. The “supervisor” gave us new room keys and said nothing-not even an apology, despite the issue being their error. The property manager said they keyed in the wrong dates. In any case, the property is great, the employees are generally helpful, with the exception of this one bad egg.

Our condo was just as described. Very clean and well kept, the owner/manager provided fantastic communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, the best views, awesome pools, right on the beach.

The condo was decorated beautifully, incredibly comfortable, and had everything that we wanted and needed for our stay. We would definitely go back to this property when in Daytona.

Everything about this place was awesome !!!! Couldn't have asked for anything better.

The condo was clean and I love the updated shower. The only problem I had was the pictures showed a sofa with an ottoman. There was a different sofa and it was not very comfortable. We stayed at the beach most of the time and the beach was beautiful.

Very nice room and the host was very helpful and got back to us quickly with any questions had!
