Our community is finally open again after the devastation of Hurricane Ian in September of 2022. All four buildings are back open with new roofs, elevators, back up generators and fire pumps. All four buildings have received a fresh coat of paint with the warm Florida colors of white and light blue. The pool and spa/hot tub are open. Our unit did not experience any damage, however we completely repainted and did some minor remodeling.

Stayed Jul 12, 2022For us, Florida in July is all about visiting local family. Throw in a spectacular water view, amazing colorful sunsets, and playful animal life, and the trip becomes a vacation! Punta Rassa is an ideal location for us, and Mark’s condo did not disappoint. It was tastefully decorated, had abundant amenities, and fully suited our needs. The best summertime feature is the fully enclosed lanai (which can be opened to screens in cooler weather). It provided hours of relaxation — and the binoculars to watch the manatees and dolphins up close were a bonus! Mark’s opening & closing instructions were very clear and we appreciated all the suggestions for dining and entertainment provided in the guest notebook. We highly recommend Punta Rassa and the “million dollar view” this condo offers!

Stayed Apr 25, 2022Centrally located between Sanibel island and Fort Myers Beach. Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Really enjoyed watching all the boats and yachts go buy from the balcony. The view of San Carlos Bay, the various small islands and Sanibel can’t be beat. The condo was nicely equipped with everything you might need. Comfortable and inviting, we really enjoyed our stay. We also had great communication with the owner and absolutely no problems.

Stayed Nov 24, 2021Mark does a nice job of communicating. The property is in a great location and has a stunning view. The unit is clean and functional. I would recommend this rental and would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 17, 2021The condo was beautiful and in a great location. The grounds were maintained in immaculate condition. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are right across the bridge and Fort Myers is just a few minutes away. A great place to relax.

Stayed Apr 14, 2021There is nothing about our stay in this condo and its location we did not love. I could have sat in the lanai gazing out over the water all day, I would never tire of the view. The marina next to the building added to the charm as boats entered and left though it was never too busy. Seeing the dolphins and pelicans was delightful. The condo itself was lovely, comfortable, and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Feb 17, 2021Condo was very clean and presented just as shown in the photos. We enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins just below our lanai on two occasions. Very little traffic within the property which made it peaceful and quiet. Property security and building elevator added to the enjoyment. Happy with our stay.

Stayed Dec 26, 2020Great location with a very warm pool and hot hot tub. Mark the owner was very responsive and accommodating! Dolphins were swimming in the Yacht Club entry every morning @ 9:30am.

Stayed Dec 20, 2020The condo is comfortable and offers a beautiful view of the bay. It gives a easy access to the Sanibel Island (toll required), downtown and Fort Myers Beach, however no good beaches within a walking distance.
