Sand Trap Villas unit B1 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. This first floor rental has a large balcony with a private walkway that steps directly onto the beach. This private walkway is accessible from the living room balcony. This oceanfront rental includes a fully furnished kitchen, dining area, living area, and washer/dryer. There is no elevator. The master bedroom has aking bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and that TV is for games/movies only (no cable). B1 also has 2 rollaway beds and can sleep up to 8 people. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental has 3 new flat screen TVs including a 55 smart TV in the living room as well as WIFI. Sand Trap Villas has an outdoor pool. This complex has 2 assigned parking spaces only. Pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed. This is a non-smoking condo. Families only. No student groups. The minimum age requirement is 25 to make a reservation. You must be at least 25 to check-in.
