Private Tropical Beach White Sand-No Stairs-King Bed-Heated Pool- Superfast WiFi

The host was terrific and was very quick to respond with answers to my questions. He also kept us informed about things happening on the island. My wife adored sitting on the patio with her coffee or in the chairs near the water. We both spent every morning listing to the waves with our coffee. My adult kids purchased their fishing license and caught several good sized fish off the pier at Sunset Beach. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space, but we did not spend much time indoors.

Amazing stay at Michael’s home in Key Colony Beach! Our family had the best time staying here, enjoying the beach, pool, and surrounding area. What a great place for a family vacation! Highly recommended!

Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us. He wanted to make us happy in any possible way. He gave us so many ideas for things to do and we had wonderful amenities. Great stay and we highly recommend!

Fantastic location! We enjoyed the private beach and the heated saltwater swimming pool. Our condo was lovely and very comfortable for the four of us. Our host, Michael, provided excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. Key Colony Beach in Marathon was a great base to visit Key West and the amazing beach, Bahia Honda State Park.

Everything was wonderful! Husband and I stayed for a week and did not want to leave! Host was so nice and friendly! Condo is clean and the beds were super comfortable! We hope to return one day!

This condo, located half-way through the Florida Keys, is a great, affordable spot to relax. Though we were looking for a spot right on the beach, this one at least has a balcony off the side with a partial beach view. As it turned out, we were glad to not be right on the beach because the seaweed gets a bit stinky during low tide. Not a problem--we just went to the pool in the afternoon. Truthfully no beach in the keys is seaweed-free, so just enjoy the beautiful views, the amazing blues of the water everywhere and the plentiful restaurants, boating and sealife encounters. Just an hour or so from Key West, too. The owner is readily available and the hall closet has extras in case you forget something! Very easy access, first floor, and comfy beds. Would stay again, for sure.

Beautiful property. Listing is accurate with proximity to beach. Pool is right there. Not crowded! Loved our stay! Michael is also a great property manager, was very happy to work with him!

We had a wonderful stay here!! The accommodation were excellent!! The pool on one side and the beach on the other what more could you ask for!! Would definitely book this condo again!! Michael made everything so easy and answered all our questions!!

He immediately contacted me after I booked the location, assisted me with concerns and answered questions. He also provided a list of all his favorite restaurants and why, things to do, and even provided more as he thought of them. He was a wonderful host!

It was our first time in Key Colony. We really enjoyed the town. The place could not have been closer to pool and beach. Host was a great communicating with us.

Did a whole lot of relaxation explored wonderful restaurants. My husband and daughter did some scuba diving. Great people that stay in the condo area. Location was outstanding.

We had a great time in the keys! The location is quiet and accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The host had impeccable communication & we tried many of his provided recommendations. We saw dolphins and sea turtles right off our beach! We’d definitely stay here again if we travel back to the keys.

We booked only a week or so before our travel time. So lucky this property was available. Great spot, with everything you needed. Steps to beach or pool!

This is by far the most communicative and best host we have experienced using the VRBO app! The condo was clean and cool upon arrival, which was great! The view from just outside the condo was absolutely beautiful! There were storms in the area for the first two days of our stay but the weather cleared up nicely for the remainder of our trip and the water cleared up nicely as well. Although the washer and dryer was not in the unit, it was much easier to access than I had anticipated. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great, relaxing vacation. The property was perfectly located, the community was great, and the amenities were amazing! We’ll definitely be back!
