Stayed May 8, 2021Property was very nice. Pool area and amenities were also nice. The surrounding area is not that nice and you should be prepared to drive when you want to go out to lunch or dinner.

Stayed Jan 12, 2021Wonderful. The photos understate the amazing views both of the Atlantic and of the intracoastal. In the living room there are always sailing yachts and powerboats to be seen in the Atlantic, but also unexpected craft like kite-surfers and para-sailors. One day a racing catamaran from out of nowhere cut a cusp-shaped wake at high speed across the entire scene. Spectacular. Heated pools, not crowded. The apartment has a nice unusual feature, a small office (also with a view) and a built-in desk with power outlets for your laptop. .

Stayed Jan 2, 2021The residence is beautiful and just as it appears online. The view is amazing. Waking up to the sunrise was amazing. The only issue is that there isn't much in the area. We had to leave Singer Island to do most things. It could be the time of year.

Stayed Mar 23, 2020It’s hard to imagine a better vacation rental - top notch service from Ritz staff; spacious unit with beautiful views on both sides, pool, ocean, park, plentiful nearby attractions. Mike was easy to work with. We’ll be back. I usually don’t visit places more than once, but this one is just hard to beat.
