Private Patio + Pool Access: Quiet Condo in Tempe

Spacious home that worked well for our group, and the host was responsive to texts. The house is older and could use some repairs. The kitchen had plenty of plates/bowls/cups and lots of cabinet space, but could use more silverware. No toaster, but there is a toaster oven. We had to request paper towels and they were brought over quickly. A couple logistics: the garage is advertised as fitting 2 cars, but it realistically fits only 1 because it is being used for storage.Overall we were happy with our stay, it is a nice neighborhood & was quiet, the house was clean and comfortable, but we rated 4 stars due to security concerns. I booked on 12/05/2025 and received check-in instructions that same day—even though our check-in wasn't until 01/31/2026. The email included the codes for the drive-in gate, walk-in gates, and the front door. The drive-in gate code and the door code were exactly the same and not guest-specific. Getting gate door codes over a month in advance, and having them match, made us uncomfortable and suggested codes may not be changed regularly.One bedroom has a high window/skylight that brings in natural light, but it also lets in a lot of streetlight at night, so the room stays very bright. That bedroom is also right next to a walk-in gate. Also, while this is likely a neighborhood/HOA issue and not the host's fault, the walk-in gate next to the unit had the handle removed and no working lock, which undermines the “gated community” expectation.

The property is spacious, and clean. Very well stocked to cook, and relax. We enjoyed the pool very much. The hot tub was cold. Enjoyed setting on the patio.Would have liked a TV in the bedroom. But overall everything was good.

Our experience was fantastic!! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The pool was never crowded and it was warm enough we could swim early in the morning and enjoy the hot tub as the evening cooled. We had just the right number of items in the kitchen to be able to cook meals at the house. We would stay here again!!

This was a perfect unit with a good location central to our spring training and hiking wishes. Woukd likely stay again

Spacious, clean, lovely setting, quiet gated neighborhood & all details provided. Our communications were prompt, clear and welcoming. Gated pool area is beautiful and of course, the weather was perfect this time of year. We loved the open kitchen, dining and living room plus high ceilings and large master bedroom.Seriously consider this home. Its location is good to access your sightseeing and exploration of the area. We appreciate the opportunity to make our stay here and look forward to renting another time.

Nice condo in a quiet gated community in Tempe. Many good restaurants nearby. Close to many shops including a well stocked Fry's grocery store. The condo was clean and well equipped for our needs. Steps from the community pool and hot tub. Owners were very helpful when needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

The three of us were very impressed with the home. It was very clean and exactly as described online. We were visiting Arizona to play golf at a few local courses, and the quiet neighborhood provided a perfect location for us to unwind, rest and laugh about the mediocre golf played that day. Definitely recommend this location to any group visiting the greater Phoenix area.

The unit was very spacious and comfortable as well as tastefully decorated. We spent a little bit of time in the pool which was great. The location was very quiet. The EV charger in the garage was most convenient. I would come back to this unit next time I’m in Tempe. AZ.

We had a great time, the pool was easily accessible and the house accommodated everything we needed. It was located conveniently to the airport and my school where I was doing my residency for the weekend. Thank you for having us!
