    Let me preface my remarks to first say the iTrip folks were great. But I was very disappointed by the accuracy of the pictures and discription of the unit. It was a nice unit, loved the size and how it was decorated. But the view of the parking lot was not what i expected, it was very dark and I did not know it was on the second floor. The pictures made it look a lot larger and brighter and made to believe views of the ocean were more plentiful. I could not believe there was no closet in the master bedroom available ....I had 2 months worth of clothing with me. I bought a rack from Amazon to hang my clothing. I was shocked that the power washing and painting of the exterior was happening during the height of the rental season....I had visqueen on my windows for 2 of the weekends I had guests and the exterior door was taped up and had to be removed each time I came in and out. People were on the deck .... not very inviting. The fire alarm went off at 12:38 a.m. one morning.....I had to climb on the dining table to disable it. The date on the alarm was 6/6/20.....The screen door on the deck window was never fixed so that it was on the track.... there were just a number of things that made it uncomfortable for the amount of money I paid for this condo. I was disappointed in that respect.

    We spent a wonderful month in this wonderful home and heavenly location. Quick walk to all restaurants, to beaches to the little private beach, to Siesta Key Village—no need of a car. The complex is filled with friendly people, is constantly being up kept and less than a minute walk from watching dolphins frolic in the Gulf in the afternoon. The townhouse has every essential item we needed to be comfortable including all the necessary beach gear. There were a few minor issues (some were due to the town or HOA) but the management company was tremendous. Their communication was speedy, friendly, professional and always helpful. Would definitely rent this again in a heartbeat!

    We really enjoyed our stay . The apartment has lots of light,is well decorated and well equipped. We always had prompt responses if we had any questions or issues. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment. We would stay again in the future.
