While we don’t provide a golf cart, nearby rentals make beach access even easier.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a Keurig Duo coffee maker, with a dining area and kitchen bar that make gathering easy and enjoyable. The home is stocked with thoughtful extras like a washer and dryer, Smart TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, and a variety of board games to keep everyone entertained.

Pet-Friendly
We welcome your furry friends! There is a charge for $150/stay for a maximum of 2 dogs, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note the following pet policies:
- Pets are not allowed in the pool, nor on the pool deck.
- There is a designated grass pet area out the front door to the right, near the garbage cans, marked by a sign. Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Animals cannot be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outside alone.
- No feeding or water containers are permitted outside of units.
Please notify us in advance if you're bringing pets. Failure to do so will result in charges taken out of your security deposit.

No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.
