Private Beachfront on Siesta Key

It was a perfect spot. Loved being able to walk out the door and on the beach!!

Great rental unit. Clean, steps away from the pool And the beach. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom, beach towels and chairs along with a cooler. Publix only a short ride away. Minutes from SK Village

First time staying at Jamaica Royale and we’re not disappointed. It was sad to see all of the construction going on and still some damage leftover from the hurricanes, but that is to be expected. The unit was very clean and well stocked with all that anyone would need. Pleasantly surprised to see a closet stocked with all that kinds of things for the beach. Including a beach cart, boogie boards, noodles and also chairs and an umbrella. Dave was a great host and quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would recommend this condo for sure and we will definitely be returning.

This was our second time staying at this condo. It was still the same, very clean, very nice. We love the outdoor area. The kitchen has pretty much anything you would need to fix food. They have 2 coffee makers, which I think is a bit much, takes up a good bit of counter space. My only complaint, again, is the mattress in the 2nd bedroom, it is terrible, the bed is extremely noisy. We had to add the extra comforter to sleep on to add a little extra cushion. The roll away bed was more comfortable than the mattress. That being said, I would still stay here again because it's a great place, great location, the beach is private to the resort and is kept very clean.

Great location with expansive beach and lovely pool. David, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Ordered us a beach umbrella and shower caddy while we were there. Office staff was great also.

Being right on the beach was amazing, although you do have a little bit of a walk to actually get to the water. The pools were very clean. The balcony was very nice with shade from the hot sun. The condo was very roomy and bright. Luckily we were only on the second floor as the elevator was not operating for a few days, including the night we arrived. All in all, a nice stay.

Unit was exactly as described. It was even better than the pictures showed. It was the perfect size for a week long stay. The washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. It had everything you would need to cook any meal you wanted. There was plenty of extra bedding, pillows, etc. There was plenty of towels, beach toys, chair, umbrellas and a wagon provided to take all the things to the beach. You walk out the door and you’re immediately at the beach. Private beach is so quiet and not over crowded, yet just a short walk to Siesta Key beach. We had 2 cars and a golf cart. Finding guest parking was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived had no instructions how to get in the gate no lobby area open text the property owner he responded with instructions but would have been nice to know ahead.. Got in the condo first thing i see is a broken handle off the balcony door laying on the kitchen table. There was a big crack splitting down the wall in the kitchen place just looked run down. Went to check the beds both beds sheets were not washed had other people hair all in the beds i immediately contacted the property owner again about this because thats a huge issue if the beds aren't clean what else did they not clean overall the cleanliness of the place was bad. The sink in the master bath leaked had to call maintenance twice the building is just an old building but as i stated no matter what beds and the place should always be clean. We had to wash all the sheets after arriving late so very inconvenient! The property management mentioned asking for some kind of partial refund but she couldn't guarantee that said it was up to the property owner which he offered no compensation for all the inconveniences. A service fee or cleaning fee refunded would have been very appreciated!

The condo was very nice and had beautiful beach decor. Sofas and chair in the living room were comfortable. Condo was clean. We encountered an issue during our stay that the owner resolved in a satisfactory manner. Beach chairs and some other items for the beach were provided. Condo is within short driving distance of many stores and restaurants. We didn’t use the trolley but it is available nearby. We appreciated the stackable washer and dryer unit in the condo and the nice balcony with comfortable furnishings. The bed in the smaller bedroom is extra firm. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful beach and would definitely recommend this condo and love to stay here again.
