From beach time everyday, riding bikes everywhere, eating out, cooking in, sweet treats from local shops, we enjoyed it all. The location was convenient to so much. The condo had a home like feel. Having the ocean view was spectacular. We would stay again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the exterior of the building isn't pretty, unit 804 was very nice inside. Needs a little TLC in places (bathrooms, trim) but it had everything we needed and more. The view never got old and having the beach chair set up included was key! The only thing I would recommend is having extra bath towels. We did laundry and washed the towels, but having an extra bathmat would have made things easier.

We loved the location and having complimentary chair/umbrella is a must when visiting 30A. Sofa is tired and needs replaced, as well as the mattresses. Mattresses were comfortable, but you can hear the springs coil when tossing and turning. Make sure you bring your own beach towels.
