Great stay just seemed condo was a little tight on extras as toilet paper and towels. Mattress needs to be replaced. Toilet seat in master bath was broken. Toilet in hall needs flapper replaced ran constantly and hard to flush

Great location with easy bike ride to Seaside. Would recommend replacing/fixing main bedroom king bed (sagging in the middle as another review mentioned) and maybe a system to keep track of beach chairs per condo (some families would take up more than their allotted 2 beach chairs, leaving very few for others / occasionally running out of chairs on busy days). Overall though, great stay!

This location was amazing. Condo was clean, spacious and everything we could ask for. Having the beach access with chairs and umbrella, was so easy. We had a few issues getting in, due to a battery issue on the pad, but management was able to help immediately and got the battery changed very quickly. After that, we didn’t have any further issues. I will say, there are 35 steps from pool down to beach. I wasn’t expecting such a steep incline to beach, so that would be my only concern if renters aren’t able to do stairs.

The condo looks as beautiful as it does in the pictures. The beds are very comfortable, and the view is amazing. Will stay here again.

Property was beautifully decorated and perfect for the three of us. The view was amazing to wake up to each morning. My only feedback would be: Beach towels should be provided. We flew in and didn't have the space to bring towels. This is the first beach rental that didn't come with them. The extra blankets, or lack there of was a bit surprising. Also there was a n issue with the sink in the primary bedroom clogging daily. We just delt with it and one of us used the other bathroom. The office staff was very friendly and helpful! Overall a good stay and we would definitely be coming back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday at this beautiful condominium. The heated pool was a nice surprise because we were able to swim on Christmas Day. The condominium was stocked with everything we needed and the master bed was extremely comfortable.

Lovely condo right on the beach with amazing views of the gulf. Quiet property right off 30A near restaurants and shops.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Beachcrest since 2014 and since that time, many of the units have been updated. 205 is nicely done, well kept and comfortable. There are plenty of dishes, glassware and cookware and the unit is very tastefully decorated. We would definitely select this unit again!

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront condo. The decorations are fun, the furniture is comfortable and there are movie DVDs that play. Access to bike rentals is convenient and complementary chairs and umbrella on the beach each day. Lastly, the view is beautiful from the second floor, just over the doons. Come enjoy.

The included beach chairs and umbrella were a plus and we enjoyed being able to rent the paddleboard on property. The unit does have a musty smell, especially in master bedroom/bathroom. Great shopping close by... Rosemary Beach and Sea Side shops very close by.

You have a great view of the ocean but it’s also in front of greenery and not right in front of the pool so the balcony is pretty private! The condo was very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed! They even had bed rails and a pack n play for little ones! It was also great to have chairs and an umbrella included! We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was fairly dirty. The master shower floor is stained with black build up because it clearly isn’t ever cleaned properly. The wine glasses were hanging up and were dirty with red wine all over them. The rugs in the rooms desperately need cleaned. The second bathroom toilet seat is broken as well as the twin bed. Lastly, they fail to mention beach chairs are 1st come 1st serve. When I inquired they said they are available at 9am each morning. Untrue, chairs are laid out much earlier so be sure to get there early and grab a good spot. Overall I’m less than impressed, I’ve stayed at much better properties at the same price point. Luckily all that aside, we made memories as a family and enjoyed our time!
