Location is great, condo is great. Only complaint we had were the chairs and umbrellas were so close together that you could hardly even get to our chair. The area has become very popular and I understand that everyone wants the front row but it does take away from the ability to enjoy the beach when you have people so close together that you hear every word they say. The worst part was the smokers right next to you.

From the day we made our reservation to the day we left, everything went flawlessly. The staff communicated with us regularly to ensure we were happy and that the condo was perfect. Our view from the patio was nothing but the ocean, and the condo had everything we needed. GREAT job, and kudos to Benchmark Management and their incredible customer service.

This place was easily a 3 star experience for us. The location and views were amazing. The private beach access and chair set up was SO nice! We also enjoyed hanging by the pool! The condo unit itself could have used a real deep cleaning before our arrival. At first glance everything looked nice. However, with having two little toddlers, we were needing to move furniture here and there, and found old food more than we expected. It was gross. There were old chips, bottle caps, and even a hash brown under the moved furniture, along with dust. I think overall the unit needs updates, simple ones to start. Most of the door stoppers were completely rusted and bent. More than half of the outlets didn’t work, and were oddly broken in to the point no plugs would even stay in. The lint catch on the dryer fell on my head when I opened it from being rusted out it looked like. Overall, our visit was good. We love the area so kept busy outside of the condo when we could!

Most things are within walking distance, so you can park your car and not be required to drive for a few days. 1102 was a good choice and provided everything we needed. Due to the rate increase we may search for a smaller unit.

Ease of booking and offers the basic amenities, Wi-Fi, beach chairs, relaxing environment, minimal traffic and the availability of a few restaurants within walking distance. The onsite office staff was very welcoming and provided assistance in getting checked in. You come back to places that provide good service.
