I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is updated and in a good location (walking distance to Cafe 30-A) and about 1.5 miles from the Seaside shops and restaurants. You do have to get out early to get the beach chairs that are included due to how the beach service works. The condo is on the second floor and right above the pool. We didn’t have any noise issues, however.

Great for our group of two grandparents with their 7 and 9 year old grandkids. We all had a wonderful time.

Only had Roku and shows were extremely outdated and limited programs.

The convenience to the pool and gulf is perfect when visiting with pre-schoolers in tow. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, soap, and extras for all. Highly recommend!
