The carpets are dirty and spotted. the building carpet stairway is also dirty giving a bad impression.
I enjoyed the first few days here. However, my wife spent a night on the daybed in the living room, as the bed in the main bedroom is very small, and woke up with about 20 bug bites. We immediately left, cutting our trip short. The apartment is very dated inside with a very cheap and bent table and chairs. Neighbors are loud. This was my first and probably last stay in a VRBO property. Bedbugs override any positive that I had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great and in very close proximity to Lake Dillon, where we spent a large part of the day before and day after we stayed at this place. Cute old decorations and plenty of places to get comfortable ,although there were only two of us this time. Very clean with a nice patio and kitchen. Went to some great restaraunts within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

I'll begin with the location - extremely convenient to Keystone, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge! It's so close to everything. You can be on a trail away from people in 15 minutes or you can be at a great restaurant in 5 minutes. We were surprised that despite how close it is to 70, the noise was minimal. The amount of restaurants, shops, coffee/tea places, all within a literal 8 minute drive, is vast. Of course hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, boating, off-roading, skiing, snowboarding, etc. - everything is right up the street. The condo itself says it can fit 6 but I think that's pushing it a bit, especially with one small bathroom. That's not to say this spot isn't comfortable, it absolutely it, just maybe not for 6 people. Yes, the entrance to the condo could use sprucing up and a new carpet but that shouldn't be a reason to knock off a star as the host isn't in charge of those things. The inside reminds me of my parents home from the 80s and in a really great way. You can tell this place has history, has been lived in and loved. Lots of original/vintage things to look at inside and I thought it was lovely. They have a great variety of intriguing books, plenty of cookware, a grill on the patio, and all things are functional inside. I really felt right at home on this vacation and this place made it easy to relax. I'd definitely book this again!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a couple gaps in the vertical blinds so they wouldn’t close all the way, and many stains on the carpeting, building a little run down. But comfortable and not bad for the price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location & unit. As advertised, not the place to be if you want luxury. It is primarily residential. Perfect for our needs and price sig less than others in area. Wouldn't recd for more than 4 ppl. No way would 6 fit. Needs more lighting in living room by the trundle bed. Also need more blankets. Good laundry facility. Didnt use clubhouse. SCMR is great and responsive. Overall great week!
Unit was as advertised and well equipped. Only real negative was staining of carpet. Minor noise from I-70 but not a major issue.. Someone stole our designated parking space several nights (possibly due to poor location of unit number) but that was not a major issue and not worth the trouble to track down the culprit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property served as a weekend retreat for us. It's in a good location that is fairly close to the grocery store, a brewery, and other amenities. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware that we needed, and the bed was comfortable. If you are wanting a posh, swanky pad, this is not the property for you. The decor is a bit of a time-warp, but we had a blast finding things that we remembered from when we were kids (owl macrame wall hangings, anyone?) This place had everything that we needed, and the price point was good. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 3 and this small space was perfect for us. One more person and it would have been a bit crowded. I liked the eclectic decor, mismatched furniture, and oddities. Would highly recommend. Check in instructions seemed a bit overwhelming at first but wound up being a breeze.
From the start to the end of our stay the property manager was very clear with directions and assistance. The instructions for check in were very specific and the property was well stocked and clean! We would definitely stay again!
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So, I was naive. I didn't think there were rentals in Dillon, Co. this grotesque. First off, it was a real challenge just getting the key from the lockbox among 100 other lockboxes with no order. Next, the entrance and stairs up to our rental looked like a murder movie scene. The place we stayed at was pretty musky, very outdated, and bed uber uncomfortable...really didn't sleep much. I was trying to plan a nice night of concert and condo in Dillon, Co...but, failed choosing this place. STAY AS CLOSE TO THE LAKE AS POSSIBLE!!!

Reviewer Comments: They had everything didn’t have to worry about cooking if I brought food they had a roku ready in the room and they had balcony wish I used it more
I traveled solo but could have easily fit at least 4 more people in the condo. They have that placed stocked with everything you could need for a long stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all that. There are 3 tables with plenty of seating. Loads of books to read from and the decor is fun to check out. It is all very unique. Plus, shopping and hiking trails are all within 5-10min drive. Highly recommend!
