Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing and made it feel like home and comfort, everything was good except water was cut off at midnight so nobody could really use the restroom or, take a shower or, cook or anything when needed so on a scale of 1-5 we would give it a 4! Love this condo.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we will be back again! Can’t beat the beach access, pool, trolley to Baytown wharf village! So convenient and a great space for a family trip.

Master bedroom mattress and pillows very uncomfortable and obvious very worn out! The guest bed squeaks every time move. Chairs in den look dirty and used, we put towels on before sat down. The tv in den very small, not one you would enjoy watching football games etc. (Not to mention a/c did not cool first night there, which was addressed) No walk in shower. Otherwise unit was great location and view. Would not stay in this unit again.

We enjoyed the view from balcony every morning and evening. The outdoor furniture was fine. Wish there were more recliners/rockers on the balcony but then we wouldve spent all our time there! We cooked during our stay so bring your own spices/foil if neededd but there was a good selection of cookware to use. The pool was nice, never too crowded. The walk to the beach was easy. There were a few chairs and sand toys in the closet so that was helpful in that we didn’t need to bring our own. We look forward to returning to this condo in the future!

This was our second year at this property and both years we sought out a higher Unit with the southeasterly view. You won't be disappointed!Helpful hint: private beach setups start securing their space at the surf's edge around 6:15am and fill up by 7:00am. There is always the Sandestin beach setups available for a modest fee and reservation.

Beautiful view and very nice condo. Well equipped with washer, dryer, hair dryer, coffie maker. Great experience as far as cleanliness and safety.

We loved our stay - can’t beat the location with private pool and beach access, and free tram to Baytowne wharf village. Plenty of space for me, my husband, 2 kids, and in laws! The rental company was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. This was our second time staying here and will be back!
