Privacy in the pines

Nice, simple, one bedroom place near the ski area. Some of the pots and pans could use replacing. Bed wasn’t super comfortable but adequate. Easy entry, had most everything we needed.

Very clean and comfortable condo, easy to access and quiet. We enjoyed your deck with a couple to glasses of wine. It was a lovely weekend in Steamboat.

The property is very secluded and pretty quiet. Easy to get to shopping and dining. Owner did a great job of communicating and we had a great stay.

It was quiet and away from the busyness of town.

The condo was quiet, clean, comfortable. It was a little toasty with No AC but there were a couple oscillating fans that helped alot. The pool was a good temperature and pretty clean for being in the Pines and at the base of the mountain.

The Boat is a pretty big mountain town. Jim’s place makes it feel like it’s not so big bc it truly is tucked away in the mountainside. On our last morning there we got to see two young black bear cubs stroll right by our balcony window playing w each other and oblivious to us watching them. The amenities of the pool and hot tub were a nice touch for our summer stay here especially for the kids. The condo has everything you need. Jim was very communicative and worked through some questions we had. We would def stay here again.

Wonderful, safe environments with accurate description and easy access to all the fun Steamboat and surrounding areas offer. Highly recommend for families and multiple member parties.

Spent a few days there during a baseball tournament and enjoyed the quiet evenings. We even saw a brown bear walking down the road.

Stayed two nights with some friends and it slept four comfortably. It's a nice spot within walking distance of the Thunderhead Lift. The only callout is the walls are paper-thin, so be extra cautious about noise.

I loved this Vrbo. This is the perfect location for skiers. Walking distance to Thunderhead so you can skip the base chaos and lines. I also loved the quiet and smaller building, it's in the trees so feels more secluded than being at the base area. Just all around a great stay!

The unit is very comfortable and has everything you need for a fantastic stay! It is clean and cozy. The Scandi location can’t be beat! Easy walk to Thumderhead lift. We always come back to the condo for lunch, since it’s so convenient! Lovely to soak in the hot tub after a great day of skiing!

This place was perfect for a summer, weekend getaway and soccer tournament for our boys. Thanks for letting us stay in your home and enjoyed the solitude and pool.

The place was roomy, clean and comfortable. The pool was cleaned every morning and the hot tub was always comfortably warm. It is a very quiet location. Beautiful.

The listing is a little miss leading. The pool was filthy, the laundry was shared, the location was 15 minutes away from town. Listing was very inaccurate. It was a nice place to stay after camping for 10 days.
