Pristine condo in Frisco w/views of Lake Dillon w/hot tub access on rec path

The location was great and the views were beautiful. The price was perfect. The living room carpet looked dirty in a few spots. The rest of the place was clean and neat. I liked that we had designated parking. I could not figure out how to contact the owner for basic information as there is a crack in the dining room window we wanted to notify them about.

The property is need of updates. No screens in windows, toaster broken, no bbq, carpet in entry coming up and covered with throw rug, both bedroom closets so full with junk on the floor, garage had a torn down sofa sleeper and mattress with mold, no measuring cups,no pot holder, and the dish towels were worn thin. Obvious to me is Vacasa needs to bring these issues to the owners. Vacasa should be responsible to have owners keep property up to a high standard. I will try this n the future to never rent from a Vacasa managed property as they never took care of the issues ad I sent at least 5 emails. Stay away from this property until updates are completed.

Thevover all stay was good. The unit had a few issues that i a dressed with the managemnet company. And have faith that they will a dress the issues.I thing that i do feel will be helpful for renters is the entrance to the unit. That i totally missed in my research.Beings that my husband has ms i looked for a ground floor unit indeed it was a walk out on the back side however there is a full flight of stairs to the entry of this unit. Thank goodness he was have a good day and could make it up the stairs pretty much on his own.The unit is some what dated in decor but the view and accessible to the lake and trails were wonderful.

Perfect for our needs. A week of spring skiing with everything we needed close by.

My friends and I were here celebrating my 22nd birthday! It is close to multiple ski areas and downtown Frisco which is nice! Comfortably sleeps six guests.

We arrived at this property on Thanksgiving Day, we had the code to get into the apartment but the code didn’t work. Since it was Thanksgiving day but around 4:00 pm he got a little worried. We called Vacasa and someone from their stuff help us with a new code, the lady was so kind and very efficient. Honestly there were no reason to be worried, she was fast!! The apartment was immaculate, beds so comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms too. The views from the condo were amazing and the whole neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We were there until Sunday, just 3 days but well enough to rest, we had a beautiful and incredible experience.We are planning to go back there very soon..

This property is perfect for our family. It has plenty of room, and is very comfortable. My husband loves the proximity to the bike paths.

Watching sun coming up through picture windows is our mountain high ..as day progresses the sailboats, paddle boarders, bikers and hikers appear. Quiet neighborhood, and though can walk to coffee, restaurants and grocery stores

Fantastic location. Contact with Vacasa was not good. Requested the door lock be looked at and it took 3 days. Also, toaster did not work and requested that and no response.

The view from this house makes it very enjoyable! Very nice complex to stay in. This condo does have quite a few stairs to get to front door, so hauling luggage up the stairs was a chore. BUT, we finally figured out that you could roll your luggage up the sidewalk beside the condo and go in the patio door. Only major complaint with this condo was the master bed; it was so hard and not easy to sleep in. Other than that, this condo is wonderful, plenty of room for 4 people and that view of Lake Dillon is amazing!

Our kids were staying with their mom, so we wanted a place that was close so we could spend some time with them as well. It worked out very well and was easily within walking distance to downtown Frisco.

The condo was close to everything. It was immaculately clean. And the directions given for check in were smooth and easy to follow

Pros: great view. Loved living room and windows viewing Lake Dillon. Beds comfy. Heat worked well and easy to adjust. Cons: linens on the scratchy side. No dishwasher soap. No sugar. Tiny amount of salt in shaker. Snowed heavily. Stairs not cleared. Couldn't use hot tub as all snowed in. They finally cleared half way around hot tub after 24 hours. Only one hair dryer. Couldn't get water to turn on in master bath/shower, so we all had to shower in one bathroom.

Beautiful view of mountains and Lake Dillon through family room window. Cozy and comfortable place with ample room for family.
