Important Boat & Trailer Policy

Please note that boats and boat trailers are only permitted for Dolphin Harbor owners.

Guests are not allowed to bring boats or trailers onto the property at any time.

All boat launching and trailer parking must be arranged off-site prior to arrival. Boats and trailers cannot enter the property during check-in, so please plan accordingly before reaching the Dolphin Harbor gate.

Per HOA rules, each unit is allowed two vehicles on-site.

If you have a 3rd vehicle, parking is available at the Bella Beach Properties office (4.5 miles away) for $50 per vehicle.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book.

A person 25+ must be staying in the unit for the full duration of the reservation.

    Great complex with a pool and a grassy backyard that overlooks docks and boat traffic between you and Ono Island. Very peaceful. The grass and mature trees really make this place a nice beach vacation.

    Great stay at Dolphin Harbor. easy access to the bay out the back where the kids could fish. great and easy pool to play in. right across the street from the beach access, which was not crowded. wonderful accommodations, and we will definitely be looking to stay again.
