Stayed Aug 4, 2024Compact apartment, excellent as a home base for us and our 9/11 year olds on Long Beach days. Close enough that they could run back from the sand to use the bathroom on their own! Owners left a beach cart in the closet that was super helpful - we left our beach gear in our trunk instead of carrying it up two flights and it worked out perfect. There is an open outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off in the carport. We easily found street parking for our second car just across from the house. The pull out in the living room was comfy enough for kids once we put the support pad in but I would not plan on putting an adult on it. The washer and dryer were a helpful convenience! We would rent again for sure!
