Received welcome information well in advance

HVAC went out the first night and temp dropped to 55F in unit. Spent the whole next day of vacation on phone with VRBO to get remedied. Solution was space heaters and ghosting us for the remainder of the stay. Stay away from this property unless you want to be left to fend for yourself if you have any issues! The company that owns this is unit out of Wyoming, so they have absolutely no interest in dealing with issues in Pigeon Forge, TN and just ghost guests and VRBO when there are issues.

Would have given 4 stars until host asked to not post anything less than a 5 star review which felt very dishonest considering the few issues we had with our stay. The house pictures must be older considering all the homey touches are now gone as well as the hot tub pictured at the pool. The house has college dorm vibes and the pool house is run down looking inside in person. Took the host 5 hours and multiple messages back and forth to let us know that the key to the pool was in the house after asking why the pool doors were locked during open pool hours. Smoke Detector fell off the wall in the middle of our last night there and was never properly wired in nor did it have batteries either. The porch door was not locking right and at that point I was just ready to go home so we had to move the dining room table in front of it because it would not lock. It wasn’t filthy but definitely could use an intense clean. It is the mountains but beware of dead bugs in every window sill and corner.

So convenient to Dollywood! We could hear the train and the screams from the rollercoasters as we got out of our car!

Pet friendly and close to everything. Property was dirty from previous guests but owners came and cleaned it while we went to dinner. Would recommend and stay again.

Very clean comfortable beds. Needed a bigger skillet in kitchen. Host responded very quickly.

This property was very clean and in a great location (downtown pigeon forge and Dollywood were minutes away). It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our pup along. Only downside was there were NO skillets. There were multiple pots but we had to go buy a small skillet for cooking. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here

Cleanliness was a problem. I communicated numerous times. Even sent pictures and a video which I could see was sent but was told was never received, so I was given another way to send and tried that numerous times also with no luck. Between the bugs throughout the house and the flooring being so dirty along with the back deck not being cleaned at all. There were other issues that were addressed rather quickly. Needing blankets, pot holders and a coffee maker glass. Which the owner took care of right away. We enjoyed the area. However, as I stated, the bugs and the cleanliness were issues. We really liked the area and felt safe in the area and the place is nicely laid out. Cleaning crew is letting you down!

The location was perfect. Worked great for what we did during the stay. The place was cute and spacious. Exactly as described in the listing. 10/10 would go back.

Dust bunnies everywhere. Vents were filthy. Shopping close by. Getting to the unit itself felt unsafe due to steps being rotted. They were railroad ties. Plenty of space for larger families. Not ideal for elderly due to stairs inside being steep. Had to ask about getting inside unit.

He cancelled at last minute (2:47 before 4:00 check in) due to fleas - and provided no help in securing another location. Glad he discovered the fleas before we checked in - but getting no help was a big disappointment! I am hoping my reimbursement is fast and contains a bonus.

Nice clean would stay again

The dishes were dirty. No extra bedding for the pullout couch. We were unaware there would be nothing other than housing for us to use: kitchen items. Parking was not good, others were not considering others when parking over the lines. No ventilation in bathrooms or when we tried cooking. The oven did not cook evenly. No handle on the oven or oven-mitts. Front left eye did not work. Stains on furniture. We had to move the washer and dryer to even use it. The master bedroom light went out and the top plug to the right of the bed would make it flicker but would not work good without holding it in, didn’t seem safe. Both showers/tubs dripped continuously. The fridge was not cold at all.

Good stay, quiet, clean, and a great place to stay

Property was exactly as described. The place was very clean and had all the necessities. It is also pet friendly which is a must when we travel. The location was great as well. We were right at everything, yet at the end of a drive where there was no traffic and had a great place to walk our dog. I even met a neighbor from Brazil that walked his dog every morning. He was very nice and told me about the restaurants he owned in the area which we tried and they were fantastic as well. Our pup felt right at home since he could look out the window when we were gone. I would definitely rebook in the future.

We loved the location. It's super close to Dollywood and just on the outskirts of main Pigeon Forge, where it is simpler to get in and out if you are trying to go for a quick trip like the grocery store. There were a couple of things that could have been cleaner on but I don't fault the owner at all and didn't mind to just wipe it myself. I let the owner know just as a FYI. The owner responded quickly and genuinely appreciated being notified. I have no doubt that if we needed something else they would have responded just as quickly. They let us know of other things to do in the area and the pool was nice to swim in. We enjoyed how the property was its own small place, not too big! Check-in and check-out instructions were super easy! Definitely hope to come back!

Difficulty in entering pool. Doors locked but window open

Portable a/c unit was very loud in master bedroom making it very hard to sleep and hot. Someone changes thermostat to 80s making it very hot upstairs Stairs and queen beds very squeaky. Bottom of steps smelled like urine. Notified owner unit was hot, had broken switch and window. Some walls had something splatter in it . Unit needed more through cleaning which was asked for but never happened.

Great property. Convenient to pigeon forge and Dollywood. Nice up to date interior. Clean. Highly recommend. Communication is great during stay for help or to address issues that possibly arise.
