Stayed Sep 25, 2025Rooms were clean, but worn. There was a duvet, but under the topsheet which was just odd. Beds were hard, towels were bare in spots. Mold in upstairs bath floor vent, and ceiling vent in downstairs bath. Communication with owner could be improved, directions for parking were not clear. Fine value for the cost, but definately worn property.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025Great location! Plenty of space for our family. Disappointed that the floors were not clean to meet expectations. We arrived after check-in. The house cleaner was still changing the linens and cleaning the unit. No problem for us, just be complete. The washer and dryer are small. The dryer took hours to dry 3 towels. Other than those, great stay.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Day 1, no problem getting into the location and all the information was accurate and easy. We walked upstairs to an awful smell in the master bedroom. Contacted our host who was responsive and said they would look into the issue. It was late so we closed the bathroom door and went to bed. Beds were comfortable and as advertised.Day 2 is when things went really bad. The smell was addressed but in the middle of the night we heard noises of animals outside the master bedroom window. 4 Very large Raccoons climbing the side of the condo. Then, we could hear them in the ceiling as we tried to sleep! Found the hole they used to come into the attic of the condo. (See picture) There are urine stains in the ceiling. (See pictures) I was not mad that they had animals get in their place. However, when we asked for a full refund and they said no because we actually stayed the night - It changed my entire opinion on the situation! Contacted VRBO and they said it was up to the owner. They gave us a partial refund. We ended our stay and found a new location as I was not going to continue to put my family in that environment. If you decide to use this place - Good luck!
