PRIME LOCATION w/ POOL!!! CLOSE TO BEACH & BOARDWALK!!! ELEVATOR!!

This condo is gross! The only cleaning done I think, may be by the people who do it the week before you?! We had a power outage in the entire city. Not the hosts fault, but the response of this rental company itself was basically… you’re sh*t out of luck… you and your 3 young children. They do not have a generator. They allow anyone to stay there (insert 3 cop cars/6 officers and 2-4 people taken to jail at our building during our 1 night stay for civil unrest). When I reached out, I got little to no remorse and no one refunded me a penny. In fact, they called to yell at me about a piece of paper we (did in fact, drop off) “forgot” she said. After the things my kids saw in this apartment, I should’ve taken them on vaca to my hometown of Detroit. So if you want to stay in the ghetto of condo/apartments with trailer trash… this is your place. Good luck!

Loved the entire stay

Overall the place was nice, I would stay again. I would not stay if there were 6 of us though. The beds are tiny and a bit worn so we needed to spread out and have 1 adult on each bed and a kid on the couch and a kid on an air mattress.

Good property

The listing information was completely accurate. The apartment is located in the Diplomat building and is a nice facility. The apartment was clean and roomy and included starting toilet paper, hand and dish soap. This is a short walk to thr boardwalk where all the action is. The facility was quiet and clean. The pool was very nice and clean and quiet. There were no loud or rowdy guests. I’d recommend for any family or group of people that prefer something a little nicer and quitter.

Apartment is small. Only air-conditioner is in the bedroom. The building isn't ideal. The majority of the parking is toward the beach side, but they lock the lobby doors, so you need to walk around the building to get to the elevators and stairs. There doesn't appear to be staff working at the building. They do chain off the parking lot on the Wildwood Avenue side on occasion. Not a great thing to discover when coming back from the boardwalk at night and can't get in. The apartment could use a bath mat, and some kitchenwares (measuring cups and spoons). The 2 burners on the stove top are small.
