Casually stroll down by the creek into Downtown Gatlinburg. The 3-bedroom townhouse is just a 7-minute walk to the Parkway, the main thoroughfare of downtown Gatlinburg.

The Guinness World Records Adventure, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, thrill rides, restaurants, mini golf, shops, and more are all practically outside your front door. There’s also a trolley stop just outside the Gatlinburg Village complex, but you probably won’t need it—that’s howclose you’ll be to the action.

A 3-floor townhouse that sleeps 8, Gatlinburg Village 505 is as perfectly suited for 3 couples vacationing together as it is for a family.

Each of Gatlinburg Village 505’s 3 bedrooms features a private bathroom and a king-size bed—there’s no short straw when it comes to choosing bedrooms here. And because each bedroom is on a different floor, you’ll have always-welcome privacy. The downstairs suite is the most private: It’s the only room on that floor, aside from the washer/dryer area (yes, Gatlinburg Village 505 has its own private laundry facilities—how convenient is that ). Similarly, the loft consists exclusively of a sleeping area and a bathroom.

It’s almost like sleeping in a luxery treehouse!

Open and spacious, the living/dining area on the main floor was furnished with both comfort and style in mind. Thanks to the roll-arm sofa and the generously sized armchairs, the whole gang can sit and sip après-ski drinks by the fireplace or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable.

The screened-in porch is sure to be another favorite gathering spot. Its large, well-cushioned sectional sofa is delightfully comfortable, the roof helps keep the area cool even during the heat of summer, and the huge screened window lets you listen to the birds singing in the trees while keeping away pesky flying insects. Next to the screened-in porch is an open balcony, ideal for a spot of stargazing before bed. As you revel in the fresh mountain breeze rustling through the trees, you can easily forget that Gatlinburg Village is so close to downtown.

Back indoors, the dining table seats 6 people. Given how many restaurants are just a quick stroll away, you’ll probably use the table more for playing board games or working on your laptop (Gatlinburg Village 505 has free WiFi) than for enjoying meals. If you do want to eat in, however, you’ll have a fully equipped kitchen in which to work your culinary magic. Refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, coffeemaker, pots, pans, tableware—you name it, the kitchen has it. All you have to supply are food and an appetite.

And working up an appetite won’t be difficult. For one thing, the Gatlinburg Village complex has its own outdoor pool (POOL IS SEASONAL AND CLOSES DURING COLD MONTHS), which you’ll have free access to during the summer. For another, there’s a bevy of activities just beyond the townhouse’s front door. As we mentioned earlier, Gatlinburg Village is only a half-mile from downtown. The Guinness World Records Adventure, Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, thrill rides, shops, mini golf, a 2-story arcade, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance—and if you’re too tired to walk, the complex happens to be right on a trolley line. Just a 5-minute drive from the townhouse is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with its waterfalls, hiking and biking trails, wildflowers, and wildlife ranging from elk to bears.

Equally close is Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area; in fact, a tram can carry you from the Parkway up over the town to the park. Only slightly farther afield is the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts Loop, an 8-mile trail of more than 100 galleries, studios, and shops. Even the attractions of Pigeon Forge, including Dollywood and the Titanic Museum, are no more than a half-hour’s drive away.

When it comes to location, comfort, and convenience, Gatlinburg Village 505 is tough to beat. That’s why you should reserve your stay today… before someone else beats you to it!

Please note: We provide a traditional coffee maker and pot and a Keurig for your convenience. Also note that we do not provide any food items such as salt, pepper, sugar, creamer for the health and safety of our guests. POOL IS SUMMER SEASONAL

The place was clean. There were 7 adults and we had enough space to share comfortably. Communications with the team were efficient too. Would stay again!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed a place that was close to the fields but also within walking distance to shops and fun and this place was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again!

Very beautiful place to stay. Good location. We had some people that have difficulty with stairs in our party. From the advertisement we thought that we would be entering on the main level and then going up or down. We misunderstood but made it work. Overall a great place to stay and we would choose it again.

We had a great time and the location was perfect. We enjoyed walking along Baskins creek and even got yo enjoy a heron fishing one day. Great townhouse for a family with two teenage boys so they each had their own space and bathrooms. We appreciated that the rental came with some soaps, roll of towels, and toilet paper, and small shampoo. Kitchen worked for our basic cooking needs as well. The dishwasher worked but was missing a shell on the bottom rack so was a bit annoying to roll in and out but everything else was just what we needed.

We really loved our stay. The building was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We had a lot of fun playing games around the table at the end of a long day. There were a few provided board games, which we loved! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Best of all, the Village was a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again for sure! We loved it there!

Condo was clean and neat, the screened porch was amazing to sit on and sip my morning coffee and breathe the fresh mountain air! Beds were comfortable, stocked with games if you have time to play them. Walk was easy into town. The only negative was the address was not provided prior to booking and the drop pin on the map is incorrect prior to booking and appears closer than it is. Once condo was booked location was clear and correct on the map I received then so I knew ahead of time it was further away then I originally thought and it was no issue for our group. But if that could fixed for future renters it would be helpful! Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us our stay was amazing and the condo is great.

We chose this property for the location to the parkway and it worked out well. It was about a half a mile walk though, so keep that in mind. Trolley stop was very close and convenient. The cabin was overall clean. I thought the beds were very hard, but thats a personal preference. I enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch and reading a book. Lots of channels on the tv to choose from as well.

The property was great. The walkability to town was not too long. The only issue is that it is a family friendly home, but there are several things that are not okay for a crawling baby. If they are going to have the firepit, i beleive they should install either gas or electric logs and. The spiral staircase leads to an open air room, so not llete

This property left my friends and I very happy. The location is easily walking distance from downtown and did not dissapoint. We enjoyed the separate areas and coming together for games at the dining table. We also enjoyed the screened in porch alongside the outdoor porch.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the Gatlinburg stripe. The only thing we wished it would have had was a fan on the screened in porch. Other than that it was a great place to stay. We will stay at this location again in the future.

Everything was very close. We walked almost everywhere. We took the trolley one time just to say we rode it. There is a trolley stop very close to the property. So that was an added bonus to know that we could take the trolley back if we wanted.
