Prime~ Location! Location! Downtown Gatlinburg!~Walk Everywhere

Everything was perfect. Very nice and clean and great location to downtown Gatlinburg! This our 2nd year taking our kids and grands and we won’t stay anywhere else!

The place was clean. There were 7 adults and we had enough space to share comfortably. Communications with the team were efficient too. Would stay again!

Great place to stay. Roomy, clean and had everything we needed! Short walk to the strip and in a fabulous spot. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed a place that was close to the fields but also within walking distance to shops and fun and this place was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again!

Very beautiful place to stay. Good location. We had some people that have difficulty with stairs in our party. From the advertisement we thought that we would be entering on the main level and then going up or down. We misunderstood but made it work. Overall a great place to stay and we would choose it again.

This place was great! It had everything we needed! The beds were comfortable. We loved the screened in porch!

Perfect condo in a great location. Walkable to the main street

We had a great time and the location was perfect. We enjoyed walking along Baskins creek and even got yo enjoy a heron fishing one day. Great townhouse for a family with two teenage boys so they each had their own space and bathrooms. We appreciated that the rental came with some soaps, roll of towels, and toilet paper, and small shampoo. Kitchen worked for our basic cooking needs as well. The dishwasher worked but was missing a shell on the bottom rack so was a bit annoying to roll in and out but everything else was just what we needed.

We really loved our stay. The building was clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We had a lot of fun playing games around the table at the end of a long day. There were a few provided board games, which we loved! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Best of all, the Village was a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again for sure! We loved it there!

Condo was clean and neat, the screened porch was amazing to sit on and sip my morning coffee and breathe the fresh mountain air! Beds were comfortable, stocked with games if you have time to play them. Walk was easy into town. The only negative was the address was not provided prior to booking and the drop pin on the map is incorrect prior to booking and appears closer than it is. Once condo was booked location was clear and correct on the map I received then so I knew ahead of time it was further away then I originally thought and it was no issue for our group. But if that could fixed for future renters it would be helpful! Thank you for sharing your amazing condo with us our stay was amazing and the condo is great.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable apartment

We chose this property for the location to the parkway and it worked out well. It was about a half a mile walk though, so keep that in mind. Trolley stop was very close and convenient. The cabin was overall clean. I thought the beds were very hard, but thats a personal preference. I enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch and reading a book. Lots of channels on the tv to choose from as well.

We had a blast! The place is very cute! One bedroom on each floor so everyone had their own space. Walking distance to downtown even in the snow! Highly recommend!!

The property was great. The walkability to town was not too long. The only issue is that it is a family friendly home, but there are several things that are not okay for a crawling baby. If they are going to have the firepit, i beleive they should install either gas or electric logs and. The spiral staircase leads to an open air room, so not llete

Loved the location within walking distance to most everything we did….condo was nice and clean…..wonderful to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well

This property left my friends and I very happy. The location is easily walking distance from downtown and did not dissapoint. We enjoyed the separate areas and coming together for games at the dining table. We also enjoyed the screened in porch alongside the outdoor porch.

Property is nice and good location. Didn’t receive the code to get into the property right away and took a bit to get ahold of someone but was able to get in. Clean property and loves the porches.

Traveled with my family for a reunion in the area. Property met all of our needs. Very clean and close enough to the strip to be convenient for walking.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance of the Gatlinburg stripe. The only thing we wished it would have had was a fan on the screened in porch. Other than that it was a great place to stay. We will stay at this location again in the future.

Everything was very close. We walked almost everywhere. We took the trolley one time just to say we rode it. There is a trolley stop very close to the property. So that was an added bonus to know that we could take the trolley back if we wanted.
