Welcome to Harbour House, a one-bedroom, one-bath hotel condominium located on the second floor of this unique, boutique-style vacation destination situated at 450 Old San Carlos Blvd. in the heart of Times Square and the waterfront district on Fort Myers Beach. This condo is just steps from the beach, the bay, and Times Square. Staying at Harbour House Inn Unit you will find yourself in the middle of all the action, yet just far enough away to retreat to the seclusion of your incredible condo. Parking is available for one car in the covered parking garage, then take the elevator to the second floor. Located on the second floor is the beautiful in-ground heated pool and hot tub. There is also a community room and outdoor seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A community gas grill is also available. Soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the many poolside loungers. Heading down to ground level and out onto San Carlos Blvd. you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Times Square and the Pier are directly at the end of San Carlos Blvd., just a short walk from the condo. Directly across the street from the condo take part in various boat rental opportunities, dolphin sightseeing cruises, or sunset cruises. Parasailing and Jet Ski rentals, as well as eco-tours, can be found in the Times Square area for the more adventurous. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, and all linens and towels are provided.

Enter into the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas with its beachy decor. There is wood flooring throughout but with tile flooring in the bathroom. The kitchen has hard surface countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items for full meal preparation if so desired. Just bring the food! There is a recessed ceiling and under-counter lighting. Appliances include a glass top two-burner range, a built-in above-range microwave oven, a mini dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer. Adjacent to this is a sleeper sofa with a coffee table, opposite which there is a credenza with a flat-screen TV. There is also a table seating two in front of a window overlooking the beautiful garden area, pool, spa, and sun deck.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open onto the covered and furnished balcony overlooking the street below with its quaint shops, restaurants, and view of the back bay with all its marine activity. The bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a combination tub/shower.

    The unit was fantastic! I was impressed at how clean the entire place was, especially the floors, and the complimentary toiletries were perfect for my short stay. No complaints on noise and the pool deck area was really cute (both a hot tub and pool!), just unfortunate the weather wasn’t the best. I know the area well but if you don’t, this is an extremely conveniently located place wedged between a bunch of the local bars, restaurants and shops on Fort Myers Beach. You’re steps away from everything you will care to do down there! Will gladly stay here again! Just fyi, this unit is managed separately from the rest of the building so be sure to gather clear instructions on the codes to all the entrances, both to the unit and to the property itself. The unit key pad is a hand censored one, not the digit keys you will see just above the handle. I was confused with the harahe parking pass at first, but the front desk will be able to guide you with that if you just say you’re with Coastal Properties.

    The location was perfect for getting around on foot and the unit was very clean. Check out was smooth however, our main issue was when we went to check in, we couldn’t get into the building through the front entrance. We were only given a garage entrance code even though we communicated ahead of time that we would not have a car. When we called the customer support number to get help from coastal vacations, the man on the other end of the phone was unable to help us, and when we asked where we could find the garage, he said that he didn’t know since he was not local. Thankfully, at the restaurant across the street there was a couple who owned rentals in the same building who were able to come and help us get in and who continued to help us out throughout the whole trip going above and beyond.
